The Colossus station announcement sounds crap now an whatever that crappy bagpipes music that is playing in the inferno station is also a load of she ite as well, ok they still have the classic theme when the train leaves the station but the additional music ruins it in my opinion, and also I noticed no bass in the inferno station last tuesday, U CANNOT PLAY THE INFERNO STATION THEME WITHOUT ALOT OF BASS!! anyway I am not a moaning old fart I promise

More times than I can remember but I just have a strange fear of it

My personal opinion is that vortex is the most reliable of the decent rides at thorpe, I have been to thorpe 30+ times and that ride has been open everytime, it has had a few minor breakdowns but it has never been closed for the whole day, The worst ride for reliability is in my opinion is slammer but I dont care because I avoid it like mad, It just all depends when you go whether you see a ride as reliable or not, You could easily be lucky enough to have picked days to go when rides that other people consider un-reliable have had good days and have always been open for you. I have been 20 times since stealth opened and it has only been closed the whole days twice out of 20 which I think is good. But you see someone else could have picked 20 different days an it could of been closed 10 times, I think its just the luck of when you go. I personally am very lucky with ride reliability and I go in quiet times only

Does it still have the same theme atm then?

I heard slammer was going to have new music, does it have new music playing yet or is it still the same soundtrack.Does inferno still have the great bass in the station?

I think fastrack is a good idea, In the end the more u pay the more priviliges u get. I never need to buy fastrack but if I was going on a busy day I would buy fastrack, As long as the queuelines are being run well and the fastrack system works I cannot see a problem with it. The easy answer is go on quiet days or if your at school go on inset days

It probably will me too when I next visit the park, The music always sounds better at the park anyway so it will more than likely grow on me too. Still sounds good but the old one was irreplaceable IMO

Went to Thorpe today an it was a really good trip. Stealth ran 2 trains all day with no breakdowns at all. Rush ran 2 swings all day with 1 minor little breakdown because it decided to start making childish squeaking noises ;)Longest queue was 40 mins on 1 train inferno. Longest other was rush at 15 mins but most queues were 5 mins all day.Detty, Tidal Wave, Slammer and Rocky Express were all closed but alot of work appeared to be happening on slammer for the whole day, it got raised then decided to go round about the same speed as an old granny crossing the road an stop upside down. Detty opened for 5 mins an then the bit that raises it got stuck at the top an it didn't open again.Ride Count -:Stealth - 3Rush - 3Inferno - 2Vortex - 1X - 1Colossus - 1Flying Fish - 1 (Don't know why though)I usually do alot more but I was too tired an I think I'm getting too old for doing alot of rides now lol I am nearly 20.Good day out though and I will post pictures and videos when I can.Dan

Like I said the guys at guest services was great an they didnt have to give us free tickets, an its no ones fault, I know that.But in general it just put a downer on the whole day if u get what I mean an no one is gonna be happy gettin covered in dirty water.

Probably the most boring and embarrassing visit I ever had.Was advised by the staff at advance ticket collection that nemesis and stealth will be closed due to the weather, strangely enough they were probably the only 2 rides operating when we got in. The park was dead as anything, there must of been no more than 100 people waiting outside at 10.went on nemesis and as we started goin the the first hill, 4 of us in the front row got covered in what we were told after was rusty water, me, my cousin an the young couple next to us were covered in this dirty waterI got 2 free tickets for it an dan an the other guy at guest services were great. it was too embarrassing to stay at the park so we left at 11:30, I didn't really want to travel 200 miles to be at thorpe park for only 90 minutes, complete waste of time an money. first time I have ever had to visit guest services with a problem an I hope it is the last. ride count-:Stealth - 2Nemesis - 1 but would rather of been 0X - 1Flying Fish - 1 (waste of time re-installing it)Worst overall trip I have ever had at thorpe :oDan
