    I would do Thorpe
  2. Will replied to Theme Park bloke's topic in The Real World
I can't be arsed and I'd do Thorpe Park or CWoA or Chessie. Chessie is a staff name for the park.
  3. I meant to say custom built - Thorpe will never be able to achieve Disney status seeing as them and Universl are the top movie franchise/companies. Disney are OTT because they provide an immersive atmosphere /creating magic for youngsters.
  4. There isn't going to be a ToT ride because Disney are the only parks that can build that ride, seeing as it is custom-built using their technicians and development team.

Keith (TPMad) you don't have to apologise! If people misinterpet what you say, it's their fault. There is a clear blatant difference between:"I swear everyone on TPM is either gay/bi" AND "Everyone on TPM IS either gay/bi"Tim: He didn't say everyone is, he was saying it in a different context

The problem is, there is this lecturer and he said next Wednesday will be his last day (he don't work Thurs/Fri) - he hasn't marked some Distinction (A-grade) work that I gave him 2 months ago for previous units / assigments and he hasn't even begun to work our newest unit.He has three different classes that have unmarked work - it's impossible for him to mark work for 3 different classes on Monday and to give the referrals (work that have problems have to be referred for corrections to be made), especially when some pieces of work take him 1 hour to mark. The reason why he's behind is because he has another job which according to him is more important than us - he works as an verifier who makes sure that the standard that work / assignments are at, is acceptable. We are being signed off next week and if he doesn't mark the work by Monday, we will have failed a whole year. I have been working many nights until 2/3am in the morning, with last Monday, I woke up at 7am, went to college, got home at 6pm and worked until 3am with no break apart from dinner 15 minutes. The again, 90% of the class aren't aiming for distinctions - only me and 4 other people are. When we tried to explain to him, he shouted at me and said that the year 2's are more important because they're going to uni. According to our tutor, he will 100% WON'T be able to mark all the work for the 3 classes on Monday for Tues, so some people in the classes will be failing. We will have to pester him first thing Monday morning and to make sure that we are the first to have our work marked.

It's quite quiet because people have GCSE's and most of the people, who used to be on the forums aren't anymore.

I feel sympathy towards them and I wish they were getting paid more - at the end of the day a job's a job and ALL work is honourable, even prostitution. xD

AP does get ur photo discounts - I know for a fact
  13. Will replied to Theme Park bloke's topic in The Real World
I actually think that teachers, doctors etc should get these award shows
  14. Will replied to Dan9's topic in UK Attractions
For some strange reason, I think the titles of these topics have got muddled. This topic's title says AT News but discussion is about Colossus photo discounts.^^

"I agree with all of you, and how newbs talk in chav talk e.g. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111 I lov dis ride blud! The dol is soooooooooo scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ONEONE111, and then after being told not to they continue to talk like that, not naming any names."That's not an example because no-one talks like that on these forums and if they did, they'd be verbally crucified. What annoys me is when people can't be arsed to type properly and mispell a lot of words and people think they can just say whatever and think that they are so right.Themeparkmad, you're not new as you joined in June 08. I'm talking about the new people that joined in 09.---------Michaela's Q:I've seen this show called snog, marry, avoid. The girls on there wear so much make up and they look absolutely horrible but when they take off their make up, they look better. Slapper/Barbie Girls have this idea that more make-up is the better and dressing like a tramp is sexy. The public who say whether they'd S/M/A said they like girls that take themselves seriously and dress better.

Encore!!!I would like to add to the post:There are so many new people who act like their Moses but actually, know nothing. I don't claim to know everything but on my time spent on these forums and being corrected, I do know a lot more compared to the other new people. I know how a theme park works having being to Orlando, been a customer and having worked in one.I hardly come on these forums anymore because I really can't be arsed but I do nonetheless as someone has to come on these forums. I just feel that the standards and the people have gone down recently.

The ride is as old as some of you people on the forum

OMG where do I start:I know it's Your Thorpe Park but many of you guy's ideas are inbelievably impossible:Ste: Most of your coaster ideas contain animatronics that Thorpe would never been able to do. Only Universal or Disney can do that because they have tons of experience doing that, they pioneered that technology themselves and they are one of the largest corperations also, the top 2 movie companies in the world.Disney: Themeparks, music, film, film franchises, video games... and the list goes onUniversal: Themeparks, music, films, video games, film franchises and the list goes onZC: No matter how much money Thorpe has, they still can't build behind Nemesis Inferno, there is the public pathway which they do not own. Having those coasters that close to each other, will make the area crowded and squashed. Can you see why none of the other members who have been here time, post here? I know it's Your Thorpe Park but there are some things that cannot be done. The only way that would be possible, would be in some alternate dimension.

"Fold them, let them, hit me, raise it, baby stay with me""Bluffing with my muffin"That's why she is so amazing, her lyrics aren't like that's not my name or womanizer (which is amazing)

My best part is the airtime hill before the cobra roll and the double corkscrews over the guests.

With times that are changing, a lot of people are feeling more comfortable than they would have been 20 years ago.
  22. Will replied to Phill's topic in The Real World
My point was, that its ok to be gay, bi, lesbian because these are celebrities who are in the spotlight and have pressure put on them everyday and they are able to admit they're gay/bi/lesbian and no-one has much of a problem with it.The fact that people's friends have problems with it, is just a stupid, immature teen thing and as people become adults, they become smarter and realise that all these things don't matter and don't define the person you or someone is.People's friends or schoolmates might find it hard to handle but when they're older they'll understand - it's just a phrase where people find it hard to accept. Parents would find it hard to accept but some do and some don't - it depends on the type of person they are and how they have brought you up. Some parents would find it hard to accpept because they have this plan, where you go to university, get a job, find girl if you're a boy or boy if you're a girl and get married have kids. That's how it was when they were younger and their parents - they might not be able to accept that times are changing and so are traditions.

Sexuality shouldn't really matter since loads of celebrities are either bi, lesbian or gay:Lindsey Lohan: w/ Samantha RonsonMegan Fox: Bi and announced that she finds both sexes sexually attractiveLady Gaga: Announced on Wossy that she used to fantasize about women during sex with boyfriendAngelina Jolie: Had a relationship with Jenny Shizmu and said that if she never met Brad, she'd be with herEllen Degeneres: Married Portia De RossiCynthia Nixon: Came outWill YoungAlan CarrJustin Lee CollinsClay Aiken: AnnouncedFergie: Bi said she had some lesbian experiences and likes womenRupert Everett: Came out in Paris in 1989John BarrowmanNeed to go on: It shows that more women celebrities are coming out in Hollywood than men

Yeh suppose. They are what I would called Chavs and are trying to act all hard and gangst. So in that case, yeh...people like that I hate
  25. Will replied to Mark9's topic in General Discussion
You lot including Ben really need to watch your mouths! You're basically trying to say that Chavs and teenagers are what's all bad about Thorpe. Not all Chavs are bad and that's a massive stereotypical thing to say.Every type of person is bad in their own way - it's bang out of order to just single any group of people. You're just so immature and ignorant to realise.
