I have to say, this hotel looks to be a promising investment for Thorpe, even though it may prove extremely costly, and therefore postpone any new rides to be added in the near future, think of the long-term positives; the park will be making massive profits and so eventually, we could see major developments to the park.

Well, the land infills would have to be left for about 2-3 years before they can have a Wooden Coaster built on them. Also, there is a very valid point in that the supports would be deemed far too dense for Thorpe, as you cannot see clearly through them, unlike B&M's and Intamin's slender supports, which are far less annoying to the bird-watchers and local council who are obsessed with ruining thrills at Thorpe. :(The dense supports restriction also rules out manufacturers like Premier Rides, because they're supports are all boxish...

Thorpe (with any hope) will never build a Wild Mouse or a Spinning coaster, becuase the throughput is absolutely terrible, Thorpe need coaster with 1000pph+ if they're going to be successful. As for the Wooden Coaster, I believe it's missed it's cue. The only place I could think of that it would suit in Thorpe is the Canada Creek infill, which is now occupied by SAW.And because of SAW, I doubt Thorpe would build another vertical lift/drop coaster, it would be almost impossible to market as something original for Thorpe.

Give that boy a cigar! Horne and Corden is a load of rubbish tbh. And I'm so glad Britannia High got axed a few months back, it was just like High School Musical (which is bad enough as it is) but without the singing.

People need to stop blaming Thorpe for this. SAW has the excuse that it is new, and S&S aren't the most reliable manufacturer in the world an Slammer, and it's a pretty complicated ride. Give Thorpe some slack OK? It's not they're fault and I'm pretty sure Thorpe do all they can fix their problems, but do remember that Thorpe can and do call in engineers to help them fix the rides. Sometimes the engineers aren't available, which means that rides stay closed for longer, which can't be helped.
