I am actually lucky as everyone I have come out too, males and females, have been fine with it.I don't get treated any differently. If anything, I get treated better! You do get to a point where you think you can't hang around with girls as they are the opposite sex and you want to hang around with your same sex.I have never had that problem, asI prefering talking to girls. Don't get me wrong, it does change alot views on sexuality in college; But there are still the few tw*ts that need to act there age!There is a boy in my year in college that calls me 'gay'. He is the most immiturest person I know who plays football in the common room, and makes weird noises! (And yes there is NOTHING wrong with him!)Most people already know, because it is a bit obvious, but it will be interesting to see if he continues saying 'gay'. Fair point.However, I presume the park still had rides/attractions that still generated some noise levels.Surely any place with rides and / or attractions will expand as times go on...

I don't think the park will be doing discounts on one of its busiest times of the season.It is always worth looking online and in newspapers for money off vouchers if you are able to find some.I have not seen any at the moment unfortunately.

I had my first ride on Detonator in years on Sunday.I hated it before, but now I actually quite enjoy it! :lol:I still scream with terror though!

I really don't get why people live near theme parks if they aren't prepared to take the noise.I mean, for god sake! Isn't it a bit obvious!There are going to be future developments which will be with new Rides and Attractions.It would be like me if the pub by Vampire's first lift hill was to be a house. And I decided to purchase it.I would not then go to the council and Chessington & Zoo complaining about Vampires' noise.I have chosen to live near a theme park, and there are certain things you have to put up with.It is not rocket science!!!I wouldn't mind living by Vampire's lift hill by the way!

I agree with Peter.I think that if you were to come out, and not be able to cope with other peoples immiturity, then wait.If you really wanted to start to 'come out; , then maybe start off on some close friends that you know you can trust.I was exactly the same I told my best friend, and she was fine with it.This gave me the confidence to come out to others.The best thing to do is go with what you mind tells you. :lol:And Ellie, you will be fine.
