Not all people working there are going to think 'WOW! I work at Thorpe Park!'.Stealth888 - I only got to use the SRQ for SAW - The Ride twice.1st time - It was totally empty the station, but packed with SRQ people. (So defeats the object of the main queue).2nd time - station was packed with both main and SRQ people. I agree that the SRQ for SAW could work. However, when you get people that doodle to their row, and have to drop off bags and loose belongings, that is where delays to dispatches start.This is why I feel overall that the SRQ does not work.You could try having the SRQ for people with no bags, but that would probably just cause arguments to members of staff.

I don't mind the usual 'Welcome to the Vampire...' and 'Pull your restraints down...' but I think some operators go over the top with some of the announcements.There are a few that just do stupid noises down the PA, (No names going to be mentioned), which ruins the atmosphere.But the conter argument is that a LOT of the operators for Vampire either do quick announcements, or none at all! Quick or None keeps the atmosphere going.Vampire's MusicAll I can say is that I hope the music has got louder!I am going to try and go to Chessington & Zoo this weekend, depending on college work, because I will love it if Vampire's music is louder!

I used the dryer after Loggers Leap (The day I forgot my poncho ) and I will still as wet really as when I went in!Poncho's are the easiest winner.I have had mine for almost 3 years now I think, and it is still doing its job!Poncho's are a small investment in my opinion!

You must be mad to ride Tidal Wave in this weather anyways!Unless I am provided with a poncho :blink:Tidal Wave has had good reliability this season, so hopefully it will be back up and running soon for all you mad people, that want to get drenched, when it is freezing!

I don't think there are any plans at the moment for the future of the area.And if there are, I don't think they have been released yet.

I am actually so suck of the adverts on the radio and TV where that guy shouts "Green Army".I feel like shouting shut the hell up!!

Yes, Chessington & Zoo is open this Saturday.Rides and Attractions will be available from 10am until 5pm.Beanoland is closed yes, but the path way that was 'private parts' which led out to the Xtreme Bungee, I think is open, (So you can still cut through to Dragon Falls).As far as I am aware, now all Rides and Attractions are currently available. :blink:Have a good day on Saturday!

Not really confusing.If it states that selected rides are available from 6pm until 7pm; What more details do you need???I think it is a great idea having rides like Vampire, Dragon's Fury and Rattlesnake open an extra hour after park closure.

I have seen rides such as Vampire, Rattlesnake, Dragon's Fury, Tomb Blaster and Dragon Falls with 30 mins plus on Halloween Hocus Pocus.(And Hocus Pocus Hall Bewitched).But, other than that, the rest have been really good queue times.Maybe you could have the park open later with selected rides? Or would that not work?

I really like Hex!The music and theming are great!Each scene seems to be throughly thought out!My favourite part has to be the last part of the attraction where you feel like you are going upside down! :blink:I usually get shivers when I go into Hex, and I hope it is the same on my next visit!I love the story of the attraction, and I look forard to riding Hex on my next visit to Alton Towers!
