They are lovely and so cute!
  2. themeparkmad replied to Cringle's topic in Nonsense
    Mars Planets.Galaxy or Cadbury?
  3. I personally prefer Peeking Heights at Chessington & Zoo.I know that Samurai was moved to Thorpe Park and I personally think it is better off there. Also, If Eclipse was not relocated. Rush would not be there!

TPM!TPM people rule! :)Smirnoff or WKD?
  5. Purely on the ride and not layout...Is Heave Ho at Alton Towers exactly the same as Griffin's Galleon?

    GothsOdd or Weird?
  7. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3081/261984...259a340.jpg?v=0Here is an image I found of the Chessington Carousel with some of the past rides from Chessington!
  8. Chessington Carousel is not like any Carousel you see at a fun fair.It shows the history of the past rides that were / changed at Chessington & Zoo.Example: The following rides are on there from Chessington's history...Professor Burp's BubbleworksTerror TombVampire. (With the older style trains). And others! :(Discuss Chessington's Carousel here!..
  9. Flying Jumbos is located in Toytown.I personally find the audio really cheesey but in a good way! :(Flying Jumbos is a great ride for the kids and for the big kids too! Discuss Flying Jumbos here!..
  10. Peeking Heights is located in Mystic East at Chessington & Zoo.Peeking Heights used to be loacated at THORPE PARK which was called Eclipse. This was Eclipse at Thorpe Park (before located to Chessie).Peeking Heights which currently is a Chessington looks like this...Peeking Heights suits Chessington & Zoo alot more imo due to Chessington's target audience.Discuss Peeking Heights here...

I could not agree more Paul!I usually go to Chessington & Zoo and I hate queuing for Dragon's Fury for the reason you stated above. Then again, Dragon's Fury queue line is not as bad as Loggers Leap in my opinion.
  12. themeparkmad replied to AHW's topic in Quick Questions
I agree with Paul.Just watching the rides sometimes can make the queue go faster. It depends what mood I am in really. However, the only rides where I will straight away refuse to queue over 60 mins on are Colossus, Tidal Wave and Rush.I would rather do 3x£3 singles as I don't get to visit THORPE PARK often.Colossus - Snail Queue! :(Tidal Wave - Usually go on when baking and standing in the sun for 120 mins basically pi**es me off to be honest.Rush - Just don't like queuing over 60 mins and I also don't think it is worth going on if over 60 mins tbh.As I said, I am not a really frequent visitor to THORPE PARK, So I don't mind paying for the odd Fastrack if I am being honest.(Sorry Fastrack haters! )

    OvenMc Donalds or Burger King?

Wall :(Confessions of a shopaholic or Mamma Mia?
  15. RoweI think I know what entrance you are on about. (See picture below).Apologies if it is not the entrance you were thinking of.Vampire.I never got to ride the older version of Vampire so I am basing this by videos and pictures. The older style Vampire does look really good but the new Vampire just looks amazing.I think it is better that your legs are free to dangle above the tree tops. (As the older trains did not allow you to do so).Either way I would imagine, Vampire is "Fangtastic"!

Why would Alton Towers be ashamed of one of their most popular attractions?Rita is Rita! All Rides and Attractions are completely different in my opinion. (Unless they are cloned! )
  17. themeparkmad replied to AHW's topic in Quick Questions
It did go up to £70 for a short time then went down to £60.

    HoodiesTracksuit Bottoms or Jeans?

    XPBlack Buccaneer or Griffins Galleon?
  20. themeparkmad replied to AHW's topic in Quick Questions
£50 was extreme but £60 is just a joke to be honest!(For Ultimate Fastrack).
  21. themeparkmad replied to Sam P's topic in The Real World
I love Pip!They all all so cute!
  22. That body below the Barrel Roll really did freak me out to be honest. (But in a good way! )I have only been on SAW: The Ride once and looking forward to my next trip to go on SAW: The Ride again!
  23. I am hoping that the Future Developments for Chessington & Zoo will make the Chessington section of the forum more popular like the THORPE PARK forum.(I know that most of the people that join Mania Hub are more of the adrinaline (sp?) people so would say Thorpe Park but would be nice to see Chessington forum put more to use like the Thorpe one.)
  24. I am glad you had a good day!But as you said in terms of Ride Count... That is Fu**ing Terrible! 6 rides in 7 hours!I would have been in Guest Services!
  25. The only bad thing is...When it is baking hot, I have seen the queue sign saying 120 mins.I don't know about others, but I could not stand in a queue line for 2 hours with the blazing hot sun for a really short ride.I know it is not as much fun, but if you are really hot, stand in the Soak Zone!
