I have ever only got 1 Ultimate Fastrack. For me, Ultimates are only worth it at Thorpe Park if you think that all your rides you want to go on, that are on the pass, are going to be available.I got mine as a birthday treat so I did not have to pay. However, If I did, I would be very wary of the rides available and whether breakdowns are happening on the rides I would like to go on.(Fortunately, their were no breakdowns that day and I got on loads!)I will say Ultimate Fastrack is worth it as a special treat every year or two.Until then, I will stick with singular fastrack tickets. (only if needed).
  4. Does anyone know when the school trips start to go to Chessington?I have just read on Thorpe Park's website that from 3rd July - 20th July, Weekdays, Will be really busy. Are these the same dates for Chessington?

    PS3Bubbleworks or Hocus Pocus Hall?
  6. But guests expect all rides to be working when visiting a theme park. Thorpe Park included! :PBut I am also shocked too!
  7. What the elephant? If so, I was on about the announcements!
  8. Look at roller coasters such as Nemesis Inferno, Colossus and Stealth costing approx 10-12 million!
  9. Tower Times and Towers Nerd are also good places to find things on Alton Towers such as...+Audio+Rides and Attractions information. (Past, Present and Future)+History of the Park.+Latest News+Interactive ride games.+Pictures. (e.g. General views of park, areas of park and events at park such as Fright Nights).
  10. But think about the amount of parks they have and how much rides cost. You have got... (off the top of my head)+Plans for a hotel at Thorpe.+SAW: The Ride: New for 2009.+Added attractions at Chessington.+New coaster coming to Alton Towers.+Laiser Raiders at Legoland. It can all add up!Even though they are a multi-billion pound company. They still have to make plans for the future as well as other things like orders brought in, paying staff and future Rides and Attractions as well as audio for the rides.
  11. I would have probably thought that Thorpe Park do not have the money to invest in new speakers for SAW: The Ride. However, it would be nice.
  12. I thinking it was becuase the speakers used for Saw could not handle it at that volume. This I think caused the speakers to crackle.Hense why they have been turned down.I am sure if this is wrong, someone will correct me!
  13. The squirty thing is an elephant!
  14. Here shows the older announcement.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0rSuPHoNIMThis was fairly new. Before that. There were no announcements on Dragon Falls. (Unless made by the operator).Hope this helps.
  15. I feel quite sorry for ride staff when I see them having to constantly explain about the height. It is rediculous! As Mark said, they are only doing their job!

    Colossus.SAW: The Ride or Stealth?
  17. themeparkmad replied to Cringle's topic in Nonsense
5 chessington2 rides on Nemesis Inferno or 1 on Nemesis?
  18. themeparkmad replied to Cringle's topic in Nonsense
Depends what kind of manufacturers track it is to me!I will go with red track due to Nemesis Inferno.Toast or Cereal?
  19. When it says "For People of all Ages for 2010".This could mean that Beanoland could be turning into a major ride section of the park. However, Your guess is as good as mine!
  20. I said on a few posts above that I only had the first announcement.I was browsing through You Tube again and I found a Dragon Falls Onride Video which has the announcement at the start and the one at the end.

I have finished all of my G.C.S.E. exams as from today! Freedom!
  22. Ok then. Maybe it is just me being harsh. But, If I was working on Rumba Rapids and I saw people doing this. I would end up calling security :)However, Mark9, I understand what you are saying too.
  23. Only by the tiniest tinest bit! You will never hear me say that though to any other ride. I promise!
  24. I am not even going to answer that question!
  25. I think that would change if you wrode Nemesis. It will kill me to say this but I think I prefer Nemesis to Vampire! However, Vampire has better theming for me and audio music. (Sorry, I am sad, I can not say anything bad about Vampire! )
