  1. Lewish: As far as I am aware, your Epilepsy friend can not ride any of the rules due to health and safety guidelines. I was in the same boat as you about 2 years ago, where my partner had epilepsy and they advised us not to come to the park and that if they we did then it would be highly likely we wouldn't be able to go on any of the rides.
  2. Chessington done, Thorpe Park soon :)

  3. Hey guys, I have been following The Swarm for quite some time so I know quiet a bit about it... I even write blogs about it hehe... I've got one question really about the new coaster and it is:Was any track recieved at Thorpe Park yesterday (20th Septemeber 2011)? The only reason I am asking is that me and 3 mates went to Chessington yesterday and on the way there (on the M26) me and my friend saw loads of structures on the back of a open top lorry... It was greyish in colour and curved and the the shape was in a square... but I was wondering if it was... Look at the below link for the track which it looked like and a similar lorry to what we saw yesterday http://www.totalthorpepark.co.uk/images/random/2012septtrack.jpgThanks Guys
  4. Hazzer: Where did you find this out, cos if it is true (not saying your a lier btw ) I want to get things ready for this years Thorpe Blast
  5. Hiya all,I was just wondering if there is any news about Thrope Blast this year as I missed the last year it happened in 2008 or 2009 cos my lift drop out on the day... I looked at the opening dates and times for 2011 and it looks weird that the park is open until 8pm on the 4th - 6th November. I then looked at the 'events' page and there is no sign of Thorpe Blast returning... So I was asking; Are they still thinking about doing it and thats why they kept them days open late, or, is it because its the last few days of the season and want people to stay longer.Sorry just one more question:Why was Thorpe Blast cancelled? My friend went in 2007 and she said it was really packed and the atmosphere was amazing with the 'real' music and the rides in the dark...Thanks In Advance
  6. Madame Tussands on the 18th :)

  7. The longest times I have spend queueing for rides are:Colossus - 1st time was with my school in 2006 and it was about 2 hours - last year (2010) I waited about 1 1/2 hours Saw: The Ride - 2009 - 3 hours and 40 minutes!!! (it broke down 5 times and didnt want to lose our space) - 2010 - 1 hour Nemesis - 1 hourSealth - 1 hour and 15 minutesLogger's Leap - 1 hourTidal Wave - 15 minutesTBH I think Thorpe Park let to many people into the park at one time. I went last year in on August 30th and it was so hard to move around the park without bumping into someone... Luckily the park was open from 9am - 7pm..
  8. you can get it from www.thorpeparkmania.co.uk and click on audio
  9. Yea I agree with Mr.man, it has a good drop in it but the queue line is disappointing, it has a few death traps from the movies and some I have never seen before but I though it would be much better then that. The indoors is not what the C.A. said it would be, the station one isn't that far off though. :S I really do like the ride though and the first part until you get to the lift is very detailed. When you leave the station you get to see jigsaw if your the second one to go. and then when you drop you saw massive blades swinging and a spike board or something and it really looks like your going into them. And then the dead body on the floor when you get thrown upside down :)Best themeing I have seen from Thorpe Park
