How big do you want it! thats a very large area in my opinion and frankly could be more then adequate for standing area and stage area.

THE SWARM: Speculation & Theories
Yeh but if they are smart enough they can plan a 'explosion' in 2012, and thereforeafter this ride is the remains of a nuclear explosion for instance 'Chernobyl disaster' in Ukraine involving a huge nuclear devastation. People still do not live in Prypiat alongside Chernobyl. Both been abandoned for 24 years. It doesn't necessarily have to fit the 'end of the world' Just a massive devastation...

Thorpe Park In 3D - Google Earth
I would more say ' no longer physically operational' - As its not really broken, just has no gas tank to enduce the fire :)Nonetheless, these models are primarly the best I have ever seen! I would help but I am an abomination at google sketch-up!

THE SWARM: Construction Updates
Luckily Thorpe are in the position that they offer the most employment in a single business in the area and bring a lot of tourism to the area. Which in the eyes of the Council is a major plus. With the park developing more and more more things can surface such as employment levels which inevitably will only go up decreasing, unemployment in the area. I would be shocked if Runnymeade where to decline a project which has only plus sides to it. I have been told relationships between the park and the borough council are quite signicantly good. You mention about the picture being subtle advertising.. I wouldn't in my eyes class this as advertising purely because it wass directed only at the forums and only clears the project name and possibly the theme. This is more an annoucment of the rides base. Not showing off what they havent as of yet got. But that's my take on the picture.

Will the UK ever produce another world class coaster?
Should this really be in the Thorpe Park part of the forums? It's not exactly directed at TP?

Thorpe Park In 3D - Google Earth
I just noticed on the FIRST picture it had Cafe Nero... :)And I always wondered if Thorpe would notice that Amity being based around an America fishing port it would be 'Amity Motel' Not Hotel.

Merlin Annual Pass 2011 Restrictions
But the prices have been decreased, how does that make them undervalued? Surely if anything that means they are overvalued? Renewals indeeed have gone up, but as the premium is the first for renewals, we wernt sure. and the renewal for standard has risen £8

Merlin Annual Pass 2011 Restrictions
I am guna get a Premium pass TBF, I think after 2010 season of me not being able to use my pass and having to pay at other times was far too frustrating to bother with. I dont care about the car parking charge because obviously I don't currently drive however I aim to drive by end of 2011/begining of 2012. Even then it won't matter as I'll I have a premium pass. IMO I think merlin are trying to push people towards buying a premium pass by having such a large difference between the standard and premium pass.
