  9. I lol'd to Chris! Skunk's childish
  10. Its the same with the term 'youth' where people will acuse them of being 'chavlike'
  11. That post you directly say it is aimed to that target audience which would be taken as 'chavs'. 'chavs' are not a target audience, there a sterotype for thugs and vandals.
  12. Yet you continue to persue its aimed at the classic 'chav' audience.Guys, the world isn't sperated into 'chavs' and 'fanboys'. that is clearly a type of 'ism' wether it be age, race, language, accent or what ever, if there slightly different don't mean they 'chavs'

Lol bleeding us dry of our money, its a family day out people pay to go out on a good day out once or twice a year, it wont dig a hole their pocket to them, but like me and you who go regularly we see it differently as we buy there merchandise including food drink and what no ta lot that we feel we are waste our money and it is ridiculously over priced, I will say this in the same way I say about people moaning they hate the park but yet continue to go regularly, if you dont like there priced go some place else!

Course they can, they can charge however much they want! Think about it, every time they get a new attraction they use more Electricty, and what not, then they pay for licensing of the attraction. so they need extra money to pay for all this.

I wouldn't think that a good idea, its all copyrighted and seeming as you wouldn't have a direct link with any parks it would mean you could be sued I believe.
  18. I also like it, its new, and 'in your face' , making it stand out from the boring old sites! although some of the mistakes iv seen!

I'm VERY angry with my school saying the school will remain open so I get dressed put my face on blah blah, trek to the bus stop to stand about for about 10 minutes to find out the school is closed. Thanks for the late update at 8:15 when everyone arrives at school.

Fun note: XNWO is now entering its 15th year at THORPE PARK!
  21. Its not as though thorpe are going to post happenings about the park as they don't like people knowing what happens behind the scene's! I would actually faint if I saw one saying "today slammers moters were carefully taken down, and the brake pads of Inferno were taken off for servicing whilst other things including nuts and bolts being tightened on Colossus."

I heard the turntable was being resurfaced to some degree.
  23. I remember at the beginging of the year a SAW - The Ride 'syringe' pen was 80p ( I believe) and then gradually throughout the year they crept up to what ended abotu £1.50!
  24. Ricky replied to Ash's topic in General Discussion
Comparison of parks is highly inconvenient, two parks never run the same way, they will have a different way of running the business. Some park will go for the best rides, some go for the best rides and the themeing and so forth.
  25. THORPE PARK, Facebook page is not run but marketing, it is a means of marketing by a social networking site yes, however it is more having a means of interlectual talk with fans of the group, to make the fans aware of happenings around the park, lets say a new ride opening, lets take SAW Alive for example, they have quoted in the latest status. Its not run by marketing, I believe it is run by guest services, which to be fair have a park to run.10 minutes is a long time when you have so much crammed.
