I didn't say it was last year, infact I never said when it was that I visited actually.I was just explaining my experience and my reason for being put of visiting again.

In may when the weather was nice, towards the end of it and in ausgut when the weather was nice.At Alton towers we had to wait in horrific queue's for the coasters such as air it was around two hours and Nemesis was around 1 hour 50, spinall we waited for an hour, oblivion 1 hour and 20 minutes, rita 1 hour 40 mins, the queue's where horrifically long and when going to thorpe park I found the queue's not to be so bad so I've prefered thorpe park, I have been slightly tempted to return to alton towers on occasions but I regularly hear friends talking about horrible queue's on their visits.

I went to alton in may and thorpe park in august, summer is usually the biggest time for theme parks and I find thorpe park queue's just fine.However when I was at alton they where hideously long queue's that seemed to drag on forever and we all get incredibly bored.

thats completely untrue I have been to thorpe park and there queue's are perfectly fine, when I went to alton however the queue's where horrificly long and boring.

I don't know why everyone complains (perhaps I have just been lucky on my visits) but when I go on X No Way out I don't find the queue that bad :SI suppose that maybe because I don't pay much attention and I'm more busy talking to my friends :S

I didn't mean a dark ride there, I just meant it would be nice to see a dark ride back at the park, although I would hate it to be one of those laser quest thingy's.a traditional one would be nice, like wicked witches haunt, I have only seen photo's and am dissapointed I could not expereince it.

I'd much rather prefere them to get a huanted house style ride such as the old wicked witches haunt which looks stunning in photo's shame it ever burnt down

I've got a plan to post up sometime soon though I'm currently altering it at the moment since one of the ride I choose to add is really not liked and so I'm going to be changing it and it may take sometime.

I'll try to create one that encouporates more family and adventures thrills to add the to the park, I have tried previously but they not really that great.

Sorry I had to I saw and it and thought wow so thats so much better than my crap of just saying srcap it as that would be pointless and a waste of the ride.True I suppose they are kind of similair in some ways but in terms of experience I have been on several of them and found the experiences to be rather different.True I never really thought of the rides in terms of comparing them to others and I see what you mean, there was a different ride I wanted to use that looked so cool but I couldn't remember what manufacturers site I saw it on, the experience of this other attraction was as if you where flying by yourself or had a jet pack it was rather unique but sadly I couldn't find it.With the flyaway yes I see what you mean know and I would change that, I will like make a different plan in the near future which not feature such rides that are similair.With the evolution you are swung round to face the ground whilst spinning so your facing downwards and to me it is a rather thrilling and different experince as to Vortex where the ride swings from side to side and you face upright, also there would be water jets on my ride adding to the feel and experience of the ride and area, I see how it seems similiar but to me it is a rather different experience.With the booster I can sort of see what your saying but the idea of it is that its more of a family thrilling ride rather than beeing some big beefy thing and the booster is it not a large rotating freefalling device, it's more sort of like one of those nasa test things which appealed to me and I have ridden one and liked the experience and thought it would be a good addition.With the cataclysm it is realy like rush like you said however they differ in experience because the ride actually rotates whilst it swings and also with a cataclysm the ride actually makes a full rotation above the ride faceing the riders over the floor they do differ in experience but are similair.Thats ok I see what you mean and I will look into things more next time I add another plan

2011:The entrance is refurbished this year with a new permanent queue line and planataious area in the queue line to give a warm welcome and keep inline with the new THORPE PARK theming standard.The Amity Cove sweet shop is extended along with Burger King 2 and the Nemesis Workshop adding theming to the Queue line.Nebula- NEW FOR 2011 A Fabri Cataclysm, thee new addition to the Lost City area near Crust which is themed like the area with glacial patterns painted on the ride and a rotating solar system feature in the queue line.The Lost city area is worked on and improved on with the rides and theming and other areas of the park slightly. The park begins its new advertising campaign for next year’s high profile prototype B&M along with the new area it will produce on island C.The advert shows a young girl looking up at the camera screaming surrounded by a pentagram when the camera turns to the side and blood splatters onto it.“The future’s grim, at Thorpe Park 2012.”A new teaser video is created advertising the roller coaster and its new area. The video makes statements about the new area and it’s coaster with images of the futuristic city illustrations designated to the area.A woman in a white coat is shown running down white corridors and then she kneels before the camera and stars praying when a black veil comes across the screen and blood drips down the screen.“Your prayer won’t save you know the apocalypse comes to Thorpe Park in 2012.”2012:The park continues it working on improving areas and their themes are made more clearer and improved on for the custom of Olympics.Island C opens as Deviant Sector.A futuristic city where the people have become believers that they need to be of pure souls to progress to a higher existence however a satanic cult lurks in hiding within the city and threatens to rid the town of its purity.Requiem: NEW FOR 2012! A B&M diving wing rider prototype.The ride starts in the station themed to a futuristic church you then leave and climb the 45ft lift hill at a 45 degree angle and then round left to fall 90 degrease into the station where you pass a cult performing a ritual and it is themed to a satanic crypt with skeletons and graves with two head chopper moments. You then exit and perform a bunny hop to then travel over then travel over the lake briefly and back onto land where you travel to a building and travel through the top of it performing an inline twist and then exit the fast food restaurant and they drop again to then climb up a banked curve turn and then drop again at 60ft over the lake to perform a dive loop over the lake then travel back onto dry land where you pass through a small tunnel with hanging bodies and you then travel back to the station with twists and turns.Genesis- NEW FOR 2012! A Fabri Booster Max also opens on the island themed around the process of christening.Redemption- NEW FOR 2012! The video shows a countdown timer with a scientist running down a corridor looking scared with blood on his coat when a 3-D hand reaches out of the screen suddenly at you.“Another dimension is hitting Thorpe Park next year.”X is removed and sold for scrap with the profits put towards the new area and the installation of the new ride in the pyramid begins and the addition of two Flat rides as queue eaters infront.2019:The New area opens.Viral FacilityThe area is themed around a testing facility with security fences sealing of the area and adding to the theme, however they are testing human genetics and have stumbled upon the true rage of mankind.Diffusion: A Huss fly away themed around testing at the facility.Cell: A Huss Booster/orbitor themed around testing at the facility.Xperiment: An updated model of the Vekoma Enigma, this new model doesn’t feature all the silly bloke brake runs and now features a loop the new ride features 3-D theming so the riders are given the option to wear 3-D goggles as the lights shows and effects are more visually interactive this way, the theming for the entire ride including queue line has been updated throught the pyramid featuring pre show videos.

2013 is the date that I've heard alot of people use for thorpe hotel :S maybe it was just everyones assumption?

Thanks yes it was really hard to but I had to, this is someone I was very close to for five years and it wasn't an easy decision, I do have times when I think should I have stuck with it?But they told me themselves that they weren't going to change for me so I had no choice....I just wish that my friends would give me more support they all seem to just have given up on me, ignore me.

I'm feeling fed up because I have an ex friend who I stopped being friends with (this is sort of linked to thorpe park in a way), anyway I stopped being friends with them after they kept treating me like crap like I took them and another to thorpe park for the day and all they did was moan about everything all day, they moaned about the weather, the rides, the people (they where actually really rudely racist about some girls who spoke to us in the queue), we brought them food from kfc after they compalined there was no where with food they liked, they picked at it threw it in the bin and said I'm not eating.For christmas I got all my friends some sweets they told me oh by the way next year I would like something more expensive then sweets I get enough of that at home and after so much crap I had enough after this, it was the final straw and I stopped being friends with them but ever since then they have constantly been making my life hell for the past year and a bit.After I stopped being friends with them they constantly rang my house accusing me of bullying harrassing my ill mother who was recovering from chemotherapy, when my father said he would speak with them they demanded to speak to her just to antagonise us (being my friend previously they knew she was ill) and caused alot of stress. I received alot of online bullying after they and several friends and random people they had told lies about me to harrased me over the internet sending me vulgar messages.They tried spreading rumours and tried getting all my friends to hate, they try and ruin everything that makes me happy, my friendship groups etc and still do to this day!Luckilly the phone calls have stopped and online bullying both along time ago however she constantly harrases me at school trying to ruin my life in any little way she can!I just don't know what to do anymore, this has been going on for so long know and barely any of my friend stick up for me!One of my so called friends ignores me as they have decided to embark on a relationship with them, which is fine but they don't have to ignore me!This has been going on for so long and caused so much suffering that several times I have reacted really badly and have caused harm to myself, I don't mean to sound attention seeking and I'm not going to go through what I have done but this is just at the point now where I am so frustrated I feel like.....And I'm starting to lose alot of other people and myself through these means of harming myself

I mis playing rct3 I loved creating my park, I hope that at some point I get a new computer or laptop which can handle the game properly, or maybe my dad will let me try it on his computer again :S

Thanks for the tip but this would just be a one of holiday trip with friends hopefully we can persaude someone older or one of our parents to come with us and/ or drive us there.

I've been looking up and me an a few friends would really like to go on holiday to chessington on one of their one night two days for £38.25 per person for a four people room but we have the problem of trying to figure out how to get there?My parents won't be able to take us and none of their parents drive or can take us so where not sure how else to get there?Can anyone help with any suggestions?We're hoping there is some sort of not to expensive way to get there?

A new fright night maze for the new prison themed area called Judicium.The maze is themed around trying to escape from a prison when an ancient tomb has been unvieled and the inmates have become insane murderers killing all in sight, however to escape the prison you must travel to the centre of it all, the uncovered tomb and face the nightmare and prepare to be judged!

I hope it will be sooner rather than later, the ride could be so much more than it is now, tbh it is just a void, it feels empty to me and has so much missing.I don't like the way people are moaning and the park seem to be focusing most of their attention on X No Way Out I think they should just leave X the way it is for know and do something with Rumba instead, as to me it needs a refurb most as it could be really great attraction again.

I don't know why your all picking on thorpe park from what I've heard and seen from my friends 13 is a crock of *****, apart from some of the theming.

(Small Paradise)The area is now themed around a chaotic Jungle where the animals rule, with new theming and water features installed.Monkeys Banana Boat- slightly rethemed with monkeys.Croc’s Carousel- Carousel rethemed around a crocodile lake.Hippo Falls- A Fabri evolution XL featuring water jets and themed around a watering hole with hippo’s.The parks new slogan for the rethemed area and advertisement of the park for this year of the area is clips of the area and the rides, “Paradise isn’t perfect”.Facilities Work:Gate house and admissions refurbishment and extension.Burger King 2 extension.Construction and renovation of island C and new promotional campaign for new area.Black with bars coming down and a cut and bleeding hand lunges out with screaming sounds.“The apocalypse climb up 45 metres turn and drop down into the prison building passing through the tomb themed area with rotting corpses and then exit and travel around outside and pass through a tunnel area with hanged corpses and after travelling around outside return to the station.The area receives much praise for the new addition and the areas now more clearly presented in themselves and on the map such as with other parks.2013:The Hotel opens this year with a boat service linking to the hotel to theme park and those who stay in the hotel can use the park an hour early.The Hotel is themed around Atlantis matching the entrance area theme and nearby area with a swimming pool and spa themed around Atlantis with flumes and rapids and retail and bar facilities along with restaurant and Lake View with the waterfalls and steam.You then return outside where you pass through an area with a leaking water system above you and then come to the large open area with the hut being themed around a deserted family hut with a gorilla in, you then come to face the shower area which has been replaced with a small volcano which erupts water onto the guests.2015:The park starts renovation and creation for a roller coaster on the reclaimed land near the entrance adding to the Neptune’s Kingdom area.The park begins their new add campaign for the new roller coaster next year showing a young woman walking out of the lake with her hair covering her face and then suddenly she is screaming right infront of you with a decayed face."The Titans are returning terror to Thorpe Park.”The new security and medical centre is set up this year.2016:Tempest:An intamin aquatrax roller coaster reaching 60ft and featuring 3 splashdown drops and a lot of airtime and water effects also interactive with guests.The new ride starts of in a station area which is themed around Greek Caverns.The ride starts of in the station where you briefly travel through the cavernous area and features one splash down drop of 30ft and a waterfall you then exit and travel around outside passing through a brief tunnel cavern dogging the formed sharp rocks and god statues and the deformed girls face peering out of a waterfall cavern.You then travel more and then there’s another splash down outdoors of 40ft where others can get wet you then travel around outside more passing briefly through another rock tunnel when you come to face the final drop down of 60ft and it’s over a large watery area with Atlantic water fountain where other can also get you wet and you then travel briefly outside and then return to the station.

I have to agree with wat most people are saying I feel that something has to be done to Rumba Rapids as to me I feel as though it's letting the park done right now, looking the way it does, it's neglected and forgotten when it could be a really great ride.
