Any idea how busy it will be this week? Monday/Tuesday. Are schools going back this week?

Monday - thoughts? Weather will be average - most unis have gone back? But will it be busy?

When you are going round you can barely see the rooms and the scenes that they are trying to depict.The maze just seemed like walking in a line with random actors dressed up coming up to you and jumping out at yo.

I went on it today... It sucked.

Well yeah, I actually planned on going on a weekday I just said a random date in sept :lol:So queues won't be long in sept week?How long for stuff like stealth, saw etc.

I'm thinking of going mid/early september like the 10th or something. Anyone know what the average queues will be like?

I swear they have had those dummys for ages though. Were they not the ones that were once positioned next to Colossus and even in X:\No Way Out?

Can someone explain to me the indoor section just after you have gone down past the swinging blades??The hall or whatever.

As the queue boards around the park now say 99 minutes for some reason. I think they have made that the max?

Today was a very busy day due to the high temperatures. 30 degrees and Thorpe Park don't go particularly well together but overall it was an excellent day despite drinking too much Diet Coke with my Coca Cola capsule!Closures/BreakdownsStealth - Broke down a few times but was working most of the dayNemesis Inferno - Late opening. As I got there at 9:30 when the park opened it was a walk on and so I didn't have to queue for it and afterwards I went on Samurai - no queue, Colossus - no queue, Loggers - no queue and X - no queue. This meant that within 1 hour I had already done 2 of the rollercoasters and other good rides that often get busy- The queue for the front on Stealth was shorter than the actual queue for normal seats? We got on the ride before people who were in front of us in the queue- Tidal Wave is very busy due to the heat so it is advised to leave it until the park is closing so you don't miss out- Buy a capsule - it is worth it this week!- Nemesis Inferno has quite a long queue if it isn't open at the start of the day so try and go on it as soon as possible.- Longest time queued was only 60 minutes for Stealth - Stealth queue is horrible for heat. Enduring the suns full strength and the temperature was hard.

Special restraints?Haha you mean they put a massive magnifying glass in front of the "Poor sighted" car so they can see the effects?

Who gives a fiddler's fart about award shows. Come on, people. Do you really care what the song of the year is? Has any award show ever changed what you did the next day? These people get paid more money than you and I will ever see, and now we have to sit here while they shower accolades all over themselves. Have you ever seen the Nobel prize? Do you even care? Imagine how quick they would find a cure for cancer or AIDS, solve the world energy crisis, if we gave scientists a flashy awards show. God forbid. We care more about what Beyonce is wearing than which of our MPs have claimed vast expenses.How about awards for the best things pushed through the government?How about awards for the best teachers in the country?Wait...They already have those. Just no-one watches them.Rather than having these crappy awards - they should have decent or awards or the people who watch them should go read a book!
