    Hi, I shall put the date in my calendar but until I have a work rota for this date I cant commit to it. I also believe its a hard place to get to but its on my list of places to visit and I can look into that if off work. I wasn't able to put maybe on the pole as it wasn't in the choices. Anyway once I know what I'm working which I will know mid July I will let you know.

    I enjoyed the Towers meet last time but my schedule for this June means I'm very unlikely to be able to attend this meet. Should this change when work rotas come out I will let you know.

    Its unlikely I will attend the July MOS as I'm visiting a non uk park in the week that week and therefor expect to be working at the weekend of this event this year. I'm saving my left over annual leave for uk events for Fright Nights weekend. However if I'm not working and can get I may go but think it is unlikely I will attend the July MOS this season.

    I may go but one of the weekends I'm at Alton Towers and the other weekend is all dependent on work rotas and on call rotas. I will confirm when they are confirmed.

    My non uk trips have already been arranged for this year. (Leisburg and Europa). This looks good fun and I'm sure you will all have a great time but unfortunately I wont be attending this one.

    This is a nice idea as I feel it helps publicise TPM outside the forum. Especially as Facebook is a good way I feel of attracting new members to the forum.

    I'm not fussed were we eat to be honest but I do agree Staines TGI is weak and have heard others say the same to.

    Just a warning TGIs isn't acceptable food in Staines from past experience with a couple of members.

    I shall be attending. Look forward to it. Are all the food venues in Staines (other than Finns of course)? Shall get everything booked up in the morning. Luckily I booked holiday from work for this weekend so works well for me.

    Yes definitely. I appreciate that things take time to put in place when their is a change of meet organisers etc. Also I can guess that their is more involved in organising meets than people realise to.

    I have already booked holiday for opening weekend. We can only have a limited number of people on holiday at the same time and I do also work weekends so I wanted to get in while I could. Obviously if the meet is a different weekend I would try to get the time off but its subject to notice at work and not having to many others off at the same time. I agree on average train tickets do come out 12 weeks in advance for advance fares (Especially for long distance visitors) and the savings are huge. However these tickets are now on sale for opening weekend and are likely to sell out. However I wont buy any train tickets until the meet date is confirmed. Yes Sothern's dispute with the RMT and ASLEF sadly seems no closer to ending. Thankfully I use GWR and SWT to get to Staines and they are not on strike at present

    Hi, I had a look at this park online a couple of days back. Based on the fact it would take me anything from 5-6 hours to get to the park I have decided I wont be attending this meet unfortunately.

    Thanks for the info. It is really helpful for planning purposes knowing well in advance having a provisional line up. Much Appreciated. I will be attending some events in 2017 and look forward to them.
