Is that structure really finished? Looks like you could just push it over

It doesn't always run one car does it? Heard they were good there and usually run it on three. That's no excuse though, as they could make people prebook tickets for free (so that it still limits capacity), but charging annual passholders for this is just wrong on so many levels.

Ah yes Braniac Live, the show that was free last year at Easter. It's unacceptable for Thorpe to keep adding extra charges to passholders for things like this, an annual pass is an annual pass as far as I'm concerned and it's not very good to treat loyal customers like this.

It just doesn't look like a theme park website - in fact, the homepage looks more like a minisite for the Enchanted Village than for Alton Towers itself.

That's nasty, the layout makes Alton Towers look like a Pontins style place

The fountain room looks dire like that! I presume it's for H&S, but otherwise the trough would look much better just blue, without the yellow lines.

Sounds very disappointing judging off those reviews, and yet again the culprit seems to be overselling! When will M£rlin learn?

Which other coasters have you ridden that have top hats?

I remember back in 2012 on a school trip we had a talk with a man about marketing etc, and he mentioned the fact that they wanted the next ride to be themed around The Hunger Games, so don't rule it out as a possibility.

That's not good at all, value for money should not be compromised by shortening the ride cycles so they can make more money.
