Hate this in fast food eateries! You should have gone back and told them. Overall I am not against in house brands, but they have to be done right. Calypso BBQ is a great example, it's my favourite outlet at Thorpe and usually where I eat. Pizza Hut however was much better than the Pizza Pasta at Alton Towers, however Chessington's seems to be better quality so hopefully Thorpe's one will be more like Chessie's. I'll never eat in a Burger Kitchen again, I had a meal in the one at Chessington once and it was rubbish.

To suggest that Burger Kitchen is of a higher quality than Burger King is laughable. It's dire.

But when a park fails to maintain even the simplest effects on their current rides, is there any wonder why they get people saying negative things about them? There's no point sugar coating things, if the park is failing in something then that's a fact that people are going to have to face.

I would laugh so much if this dark ride was just the four drop towers that were intended for Legoland!

Well obviously I don't mean all rides, I would've thought that was obvious But rides like X etc you could easily take bags with you.

I prefer taking bags with me as it's less hassle than queueing up for a band/leaving it to be stolen. I just put my foot through it so it can't fall out.

And a helix (sort of). Yes it does look similar to Krake but at least it has another inversion - they could have put in a clone.
