Chessington General Discussion
I didn't book an AP day ticket to the park. I don't regret it. Feel sorry all those pass holders waiting 2 hours for Scorpion.

Nemesis
Nemesis doesn't need a reverse gimmick. All it needs is 21- coats of paint for the station and ride area (freshen up this amazing ride).

Carowinds
TBH I only said it looks like Shambhala due to the colour of the track and supports [and landscape which look similar]. Yeah this is definitely more twisty, bendy and more ground hugging and looks to have more forceful moments over airtime. Still looks a great ride though.

Annual Pass Day
Seriously I'm super confused now, I simply put the asumption that X would be closed because of it. If it isn't because of the dark ride then there's something up meaning the ride can't operate. you just can't freaking win!

Annual Pass Day
I'm absolutely certain that X's absence is to do with the construction of the big 2016 dark ride. Wonder what's up with Rush & Detty?

Phantasialand
Looks very B&Mesque more than intamin, but I could be very wrong.

Fastrack for I'm a Celeb- guess they've got to fund that dark ride

There are sayings the Falls retheme has been put off for the foreseeable future. I'm not surprised tbh, wouldn't surprise me if this has been affected by the tomb blaster fine.

Annual Pass Day
That's a shame we have another 5 rides closed, however there must be some very good reasons behind this. Angrybirds land must be surely having its maintenance still done and as it was open in February, needs a bit more work. The cinema also had broken water when I went too. Loggers surely is still having work done to it (hopefully the tunnel). X's closure must be something to do with the 2016 ride (unless it's getting another overhaul). Also, AP day is earlier this year compared to previous ones too.

Annual Pass Day
In regards to numbers, it's anyone's guess, but here's my estimation. The overall park capacity is 18,000, however it will not be this busy because they don't want it packed and four rides will be down. Removing those rides that are closed - Tidal Wave (1000 pph), Rumba (1000pph), Samurai & Slammer (1000pph) means that's already 3k taken off the limit taking it down to 15k maximum (throughputs are estimates only at this time). But then the park would still seem too busy and they wouldn't want it packed, so I expect another around 5k worth of guests will be taken off as well. I estimate they will limit it to about 10,000 pass holders a day (12,000 at the most), which isn't to say they will even receive as many as that on the day/s.

I've always used my phone when it comes to checking at events like Fright Nights & Braniac and every time staff have been absolutely fine with this way being used to scan tickets.

Adventure Island Official Meet - 01/03/15
Another fantastic meet. Well done Peaj for organising this and everyone else who made it (it wouldn't have been as exciting without you all). Highlights for me were definitely the whip, the crazy (professor drunk) spinning on the Gold Mine and generally everything. Someone give this Guy a medal!

Wow! £60 is a lot of money for a day out to the park on the day!!!!!!!! Thought I wasn't going to see the ticket break this price until at least 2017/2018 but I guess the park's logic of buying online, using 2 4 1's or just getting an AP are much more clever options most go in for these days. How long before the £70 price break I wonder?

The Big Bad Movie Topic
Finally got round to it and watched Big Hero 6 which was an excellent film. The movie was full of a great plot including plenty of action and humour, both which were combined frequently. Definitely also had a lot of focus of real life issues such as family, vengeance and friendship plus Baymax is just fantastic, there's nothing to not like about him with his kind, calm yet hilarious timed dialogues and for me is the highlight of the whole film. There's also a few surprises in the film two (one of which involve one of the main characters), but you'll have to watch the film to see what this is. Recommend to all to see this film, the cinema was absolutely chockerblock of people (was lucky to find a seat) and I enjoyed this film more than Frozen.
