Tayto park seems to be the place to be next year (aside from Thorpe & Paultons). Looks like another place to add to places of going to (eventually). -

Couldn't find a topic, so I started one. Shanghai will be Disney's next big stand alone park, which will feature a lot of different takes of the classic Magic Kingdom design such as no Main Street, a Tron themed motorbike coaster (instead of Space Mountain) and a whole area dedicated to Pirates Of The Caribbean. Above is construction of the new pirates ride, which so far looks hugely impressive (as you'd expect from Disney really). The parks opening in the first half of 2016, which has seen a delay from the originally planned December 2015 date.

And that's another woodie/Floridian ride I'll never get to experience (although maybe for the better). I've heard rumours if a B&M hyper being considered as a replacement in the future (however I've heard the park are struggling sort of recently).

Hmmm Blackpool (they replace wood on coasters, redid Valhalla's facade, Revolution and recently repainted parts of dipper Paultons (critter creek and cobra apparently got some repainted a couple years back) Southend (their rides often get frequent maintenance closed season) Three parks named (all in the uk) that do at least some noticeable care in to ride upkeep. I think Nemy, Colossus & all of chessie's coasters (bar scorpion) could get a reprint
