I think Angry a Birds is supposed to look sort of bright and eye catching because of all the colours in the games and everything and the area as a whole is supposed to look generally bright and happy with a slight carnival look and feel. My only criticisms for the land really is the flooring should've been redone and Detonator. I consider ABL the 3rd best attraction investment in Merlin's ownership, after Swarm & Saw

Buses to Thorpe During February Half Term

Thanks very much, Is Staines bus station the stop where the shopping centre is (forget the name) located, as I remember that's where I got off when I took the 441 bus one time before getting the TP express. -
Hi, I am hoping to go to Thorpe's Braniac event during the February half term, but on the off chance may have to use public transport to get there. Will there be any buses to Thorpe park from Staines running during the February half term event? If not, what (cheap'ish) alternatives are there from reaching the patk via Staines?

The park has given us (another) of what their new ride for this will be. So far I can only say I have no idea what this is going to be.

Tayto park seems to be the place to be next year (aside from Thorpe & Paultons). Looks like another place to add to places of going to (eventually).

Couldn't find a topic, so I started one. Shanghai will be Disney's next big stand alone park, which will feature a lot of different takes of the classic Magic Kingdom design such as no Main Street, a Tron themed motorbike coaster (instead of Space Mountain) and a whole area dedicated to Pirates Of The Caribbean. Above is construction of the new pirates ride, which so far looks hugely impressive (as you'd expect from Disney really). The parks opening in the first half of 2016, which has seen a delay from the originally planned December 2015 date.
