I have recently found out the reason we have been seeing track removed from Fury recently, full details can be found here http://www.chessingtonbuzz.co.uk/news/dragons-fury-closed-season-update/ Turns out the ride's been getting noisier resulting in an increase of complaints (please don't be over again 2008) and the park is filling the track with sound (amongst other things) to try and make the ride run quieter. Must admit, I found the ride noisier last season from what I remember.

Octonauts coaster (theme) is ok and should do the job, but I would've personally preffered Pingu. Roll on the second best new uk ride for 2015

Could be worse, you could fork out nearly £20 for a third of Legoland's rides (without the big dragon) for their christmas event. Despite how beutifully lit and decorated the park was (as well as practical,y having it to myself) £18.75 for a pass holder ticket (off peak) is a bit much IMO (was nearly £23 on peak). £5 is nothing really (and I doubt many will go more than once anyway).

One must also remember that the line up will also be drastically reduced where aside from a big show (and potentially more bits. We only know for certain that 2 of the big 5 coasters will be open, plus a handful of supporting rides so the event's capacity will be significantly smaller even if both coasters run two trains (stealth which should automatically be going do anyway) meaning around a quarter of the park will be open (on the assumption we don't hear of more confirmed rides). Assuming park capacity is around 18k, dividing that by 4 and then halving that (to stop event overcrowding) the very max capacity for the event will likely be 2000 people. Whilst £5 May seema bit harsh at first glance, considering the limitations of the event, added extras and everything, I think it's not a bad thing (after all £5 nowadays only really gets you a Mcdonalds (medium)) besides I think there's more to come somehow.

Loggers leap work is looking promising, and I hope we do see a lot of minor park updates snd improvements this year (considering it doesn't look like we'll be seeing another new ride. Rumba could do with a nice clean.

Legolañd Windsor hasn't had one for 16 years (though they had jungle Coaster from the same year as Fury and sadly removed 5 years ago now (wow, doesn't feel that long ago) and probably needs one even more badly than Chessington, but probably won't get another one for a long time (if ever). It does need more rides though, but I do think the park has improved massively since last year following years of neglect, the place was falling apart but has been refreshed in some aspects. Whilst I think another ride will be in the works eventually (maybe 2017/18) I think the sims are to refresh snd restore the park back to as near as it can get to its glory days (in the 90's to early noughies) though with its new adventure theme.
