Kerfuffle

Right. While I'm waiting for the above problem to be solved, here's two of my best themed attractions in one of my parks! These two are oddly enough in the same area - 'Distant Mexicana'. Scorpion Mine: I know many of you have seen a screenshot of this before, but since then, quite a few changes have been made. The cages above the trenches where the queue is have been removed, new rockwork has been built under the second set of bunny hills and the Scorpion Store has been flipped the other way to cater for guests actually coming off the ride. This was accompanied by a new exit path and sheltered seating area: Gunslinger Gauntlet: Without a doubt my favourite dark ride, mainly due to its incredible themeing. A shot of the facade to the ride. (notice how the facade also houses the shop and some toilets): ...and the building behind it : The first section of the queue, themed around the wilderness. Note the signs "directing" guests to the outskirts through the Sheriff's office in the background: The station (note the sign above the track. This reads "Now Entering The Town Of Tailsting Valley" - a crafty nod to Scorpion Mine immediately next door ): A shot from inside the ride. Doesn't the track look like railway line to you? It does to me and that just completes the Western themeing! : EDIT: Since I posted this, some very slight modifications were made to both rides: Scorpion Mine's station platform was recoloured brown in order to blend in with its surroundings, and Gunslinger Gauntlet had some roofs put on top of the buildings in the background of the picture above.

Double post, but this is fairly urgent: Is there ANY way of stopping my game from crashing constantly? It's happening far more often in one of my parks...and no matter how much disk space I clear (ie. removing CS, deleting parks etc.), it would STILL crash! This is getting really annoying and I really must find a way to put an end to it! Oh, and in the same park, my images won't load in the billboards folder.

I have plans to build a duelling invert...but I need to make a little more space on the site currently occupied by an ordinary invert.

"BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!" I have absolutely no idea how TPC got all of this!

...and let me add - if you thought you knew any other ride with great buildup in its queue...have I got news for you?

9/10. Makes perfect sense how apparently going to Disneyland will change you back to your true form!

As much as I love the look of the enhanced version, there are still some things I prefer about the original. The main one being the soundtrack, as I think it really built the tension in places. Of course, it HAD to be changed for the sake of enhancement, but this is all a matter of opinion.

I'm assuming they're just some coasters from abroad (the second I can recognise as Technic Test Track at LEGOLAND Florida). Remember there ARE other Merlin attractions overseas!

Pretty surprised to see there's no thread for this! Surely a ride so epic in every way deserves its own discussion? Spiderman is currently my all-time favourite ride. I remember it being one of the focuses of a theme park documentary I was watching a good 10 years back, showing behind the scenes footage and also footage of the ride itself...and when the famous finale to the ride was displayed, my mind was blown. Consequently, in the summer of 2008, I finally had the chance to give this a ride once and for all! SPOILERS:

8/10. I swear there's a 3D billboard somewhere in Disney World advertising it, featuring an elevator car dangling off the front! (in similarity to your profile pic)

1. Sounds most likely. (Two can play at that game, y'know!)

2 was the lie. My favourite water ride is Journey to Atlantis at Seaworld Orlando. 1. Expedition Everest is an amazing ride in every way! Why not include it in the list? 3. See above.

It'll be WAY better than a Vengeance clone!

I don't remember getting that! It's still a relief though, as I really can't take any pity on any theme parks at the mo...

Guess I'd better break the silence! 1. Expedition Everest is my favourite Disney coaster 2. Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls is my favourite water ride 3. The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman is my favourite dark ride

If it's going to include baggage hold AND an ORP, then this is probably going to be one HELL of a unique ride experience! (I do apologise if I'm just sending this thread right back to the discussion about baggage hold and taking bags onto the ride)
