People need to chill out, it's delayed , we don't know when it's opening and won't until new info is released . We know by the statement made, that nothing is happening next week , so realistically we are looking at the 6th of June for any kind of speculation of an opening day . Anything sooner would be great, but at least knowing we have another couple weeks before we know any more means no reason for false hope.... So chill guys ... #justsaying #bobyourboots #inthefreezer

I totally agree with James on his point. At the end of the day's what's another couple weeks in the grand scheme of things !

I'm sure since the 5th many improvements have been made, themeing added and the illusions and special effects sorted out and perfected, as it has almost been 3 weeks since that day .

I'm sure we will hear a date soon as its coming up to a week in advance , so hold tight for another few days !

Yer I would have to agree there ! , I'm sure they would have to go through all the rehearsals with the cast and ride staff training, so it's all perfect for opening day. !

Yer while that makes sense I don't see if you are going to load one train carrying only 60 people , surly the throughput is going to be so slow? and if there is two trains how are you going to load the two together , when there is only one unit in the building ? , the ride is so clever and utterly mind boggling ! , it really is an illusion. I just hope it is perfected and performed correctly on opening day . So I hope they do a lot of tests before .

I think it add atmosphere and captures the mood of the ride. And why he says my , is obviously because everyone who's who Derren is and would get quite intimidated by the idea of him consoling your mind ! Haha , that my thinking anyway

The advert is perfect for the ride ! , intense and scary enough ! , think may half term begins around the 27th , so makes sense for them to announce it then?

Yer I have to agree with you here mate , 13th does look a little unlikely , if they also still have to sort out that area . Although it is meant to be abandoned which would make sense if they almost left it , with some rusted items around the place , could make for some good themeing ! , and with a some picnic tables could be used as an extension for outside seating for the bbq. . It would be awesome for it to open this weekend coming , but we have to wait just that little bit longer. I cant ant seem them building a new stucture at this late in the game or anything in that space, so think it may be used as additional seating , or a place for a stand or stall ? That's my thinking anyway haha

I'm in two minds about this opening date. While yes it does seem a bit late for Friday 13th , it also fits the theme of superstition. Could they open the attraction with only a couple days warning, perhaps ? Or they could have a trailer on the 13th for anticipation of the ride opening last week of May ? , who knows ?! On another note, I wonder if anyone can help me? , I bought a cog key ring for my car keys. I couldn't work out why the picture on the secand cog was a very weird shape and weather that was due to looking at it in a certain way with the 1st cog over the top of it. I can't really see why the picture cog has such an oddly shaped image on it ? , can anyone help ?

On another note has anyone got any updates from today re DBGT ? I suppose nothing has changed or been added ?
