    At the moment my favourite song has come From a film That I recently watched Called Pride Which I would Recommend very highly.  the scene in the film that the song comes from is fantastic (it involves awesome dancing) 

    Enjoy,see how long you last before you start dancing in your Bedroom/living room etc. Wherever you're reading this!

     MONDAY - the first record you ever bought

     

    This Is pretty Embarrassing But the First Ever CD I remember asking for Was Alvin and The Chipmunks 2 I remember having It playing In my ears all the time as The Film came out about the time I got my First IPOD which I still have today I loved All the songs on it But the one That I remeber Loving The most Is the One I shall Give you, It's this Gem!

    I don't seem to get why rumba and tidal wave are closed, reliability wise they should manage the extra weekend, however the cold weather may mean they are unpopular and it may not make business sense to open them up. 

     

    Pass holder Day 2013 It was snowing (in the Afternoon) And Tidal was going strong I doubt That's The Reason!

    This Was A while Ago (monday) went to chessington's African Adventures Event and had a reasonably good time. wasn't bowled over though  :(

     

    When I arrived At the park The park was busier then I have ever seen it before the opening of a zoo day however luckily it didn't notice too much when inside the park.

     

    Ride count

    Scorpion Express-6

    Tomb blaster-3

    Hocus Pocus hall-1

    Carousel-2 

    Seastorm-0  :angry2:

     

    Positives- In my opinion a good selection of rides and restaurants. There was certainly enough to do for the 5 hours that you could spend inside the park.

    Scorpion Express was open With short Q's (on the day I visited) and was loading and unloading quite fast.

    Staff were as always friendly  :)

     

    Unfortunately a few 

    Negatives  :(

     

    Ride Breakdowns Were a real problem 

    seastorm didn't open at all during the day and Tomb blaster was very temperamental and talking about tomb blaster the ride is in very bad shape ,broken guns, Even more target's not working and the station annoucements are still far too loud Imo.

     

    Park atmosphere was almost completely devoid apart from king Julian and Alex walking around there was no sign that an event was on at all which compared to howl-o-ween and winter's tail is pretty bad as they had so much effort put in to them. In past years there have been African extras that have been around during the day. If they were on they need to be made clearer that they are. 

     

    To conclude It was a good day and I've probably sounded very negative when actually it was a good day however after so many good visits to chessie, this visit was a bit of a slap in the face. I'm sure the 2015 season as a whole will be great but truthfully I normally prefer chessie For day's out but this time I would have to say that Thorpe park is the better place to go this half-term.  :)

    Okay So went Down To Thorpe today for the first time in what feels like forever  :)

     

    Was A really Good Day actually Really exceeded my expectations.

     

    Ride Count 

    Stealth-3 (Once Front row)

    The Swarm-4 (First train of the season Front row!)

    Flying fish-1

    Depth charge-1

    Dodgems-2

    Storm in a teacup-2

    Angry Birds 4D-1 

     

    Saw The Briainiac live show and have to say it provided very funny moment's Also Kudos To the them for being so good in there roles when their microphones Weren't working. I would Rate it a 7/10. Definitely worth watching If you are going this week! 

     

    Positives

    The new restaurant in the dome is fabulous and really good value. The food tastes great and combine with the fact it is pretty cheap and you get a lot of food means that I would recommend it! 

    My bag Flying out of the teacup and falling out on the floor :lol: was so funny.

    Park wasn't busy so was a relaxing day Rather then having to run from ride to ride like some days on the park when it is extremely busy.

     

    Negatives

    Can't really think of anything really  :)

    (I had To leave) :lol:

     

    In Short Visit This week You'll have a really good Time! It is worth the £5 For standard pass holders IMO.

    Personally I find the inclusion of depth charge a little odd. Out of all the rides they could of opened didn't think it would be depth charge. Very pleased about flying fish however and indeed depth charge. suppose it's because all these rides are close to each other. Eg depth fish and swarm. Maybe vortex or quantum will open as these are relitively near to depth, fish etc.
