  1. Why bother going on the ride then if you know you are going to be 'soaking' for the rest of the day. Tip for Tidal Wave: When going on it don't wear Jeans, as they will take a very long time to dry out.

    The Thorpe Park Fire

No I don't think that ride will ever come back, although I would like to see more dark rides at the park in the future.

    Rush

Yes Rush was the first S&S Screaming Swing to have large capacity, but the Screamin' Swing at Knott's Berry Farm was and is still the first of its kind to be created.

    Rush

Rush is not the first of it's kind, the first one opened at Knott's Berry Farm as a prototype. Xcelerator was the first Hydraulic Launch Rollercoaster to be made by Intamin AG, not Top Thrill Dragster. All rides are never 100% perfect, remember the people who build them are only human, and cannot guarantee they will work every day. It was just unfortunate that Stealth, had to suffer lots of downtime.
  5. Sorry to moan but for a start, Alton Towers is not very similar to PortAventura. Dragon Khan is not a 7 looping Rollercoaster, it has 7 inversions. Hurakan Condor is completely different to Detonator, as it is made by Intamin and has titling seats. I went in 2005 to PortAventura, and I had a really good time. My favourite ride there was Templo del Fuego.
  6. Not very accurate as the facts they have said about Stealth are wrong. The air-time hill is far to high up, and the air-time hill is also too far away for station.

I am also a member of SouthParks.org, and that doesn't make you special. Could you point me to a post on southparks, which backs up what you are saying.

I don't think that X:/No Way Out is very jerky as the layout is quite simple and boring in my opinion.Clicky
  9. Tidal Wave is a ride which I really enjoy going on, especially on hot days when you just need a great soaking.
  10. I would say Colossus as it is totally disorientating for me, so you don't even know where you are going.

Yea and that would really be able to fit in the area, seeing as Slammer is right behind it. I also totally believe you, about Vekoma wanting Thorpe Park to have a loop in the coaster.
  12. I would agree with S.Bundy, and say that Tidal Wave has the best themeing in the park, followed by Pirates 4D and then Stealth.
  13. I know it is quite a confusing saying.
  14. He doesn't mean that Fright Time. It means that because he is so white, he looks like a ghost warmed up.
  15. I voted for Tidal Wave, because this is a great ride to go on, after being in the sun for quite a few hours. Ok it may not be the steepest water ride in Britain, and also may not be the wettest, but I still enjoy going on it knowing I am going to get absolutely soaked.
  16. When I was younger I used to really enjoy going on Depth Charge and found it quite thrilling. I now have changed so much, that I hardly go on it anymore.Simple thing is to knock it down.
  17. I voted for Rock n' Rollercoaster, even though Rita does actually go faster than Rock n' Rollercoaster. I chose it because it feels much faster, because it is in the dark, along with all the smoke effects, lights etc...By the way I am talking about the Rock n' Rollercoaster at DLRP.
  18. I really liked going on Wicked Witches Haunt, it was such a shame that it got burnt down. Click for pictures
  19. No, it does feature though most fairground rides that you would find at a Fair.Click for the official website
  20. I would say No Limits because the graphics are very good, but RCT3 is a much more complex game.
  21. Yea the music on some rides is really good, such as Colossus and Nemesis Inferno. The music which is played in the Loggers Leap queueline/station is quite funny as well.
