Just one month ago on a Sunday (may have been May 10th) Colossus was literally a walk on for the hour and a half or so. Only rode it twice though, otherwise I'm just riding straight into a headache .

Well it's the school trip period. Every day of each week during late June/July will be very busy bar probably Sundays.

Surely it would be kinda hard to watch a video whilst on a rollercoaster . And what's Sir Squirtalot? Do you just mean the pit for the Colossus' Cobra Roll?

2007 had to be its worst ever year for reliability. Didn't open until April and when it did it was closed for what must have been half the season!

Well the overall cost is £8, so if you're in a 4 it's £2 each, but if you're on your own you alone will have to pay the full £8.

Colossus stops on the lift hill nearly every day anyway.

I never find Ultimate Fastrack worth it for any day, £50 is a lot of money. But if you don't visit there often then it can be useful I s'pose.

Apparently it's around 90 minutes.

Mid Season is the Summer. I doubt Thorpe Park would close a ride like Tidal Wave in the middle of Summer. And you do also make it sounds so much easier than it is. After all it would involve re-routing of piping and things like that, so the whole job would take a hell of a lot longer than a week.

But I'd still be rather worried if Merlin didn't even have enough money to be able to spare some for some speakers.

Last time I took the 950 it ended up taking 50 minutes. On a VERY cramped bus it really wasn't a great experience.

Merlin is a mutli-billion pound company. I get the feeling it isn't to do with money..

I love Nemesis Inferno. But honestly Black Mamba completely blitzes it. In fact it blitzes every other ride I've ever been on.I really need to ride Nemesis .

Oh No...Themeparkmad, how about DON'T DO ANYTHING. I'm sick of everything being over-whored by Imperial Leather frankly. Another ride being taken over by it would simply take the piss.(No Steve, don't say it! )

It was never a specific problem in the first place. On Sunday it was parked there for the maintenence. And trains for pretty much every coaster with a lift hill will always be getting stuck on theirs frequently. It's just something which happens and not much can be done to stop it.
