Channel 4 haven't comfirmed the start date yet, although that is the most rumoured one I'll agree.The thing that makes me doubt the 1st of June is that it's a Friday, and the past few years they've launched on a weekday (not Friday) and have got huuuge ratings.And I wouldn't believe evrrything you read in the tabloid :PI really am liking the eye tbh. It has a really good test card feel to it, which is getting me excited about the titles.Haha, I think the look of the house, the logo, and the titles are the most important things about the series for me.

I really enjoyed reading that story Mark, and you've made me realize that Chessington is what made me into the person I am today really.With me it was the fact that I've been going to theme parks since I was a foetus. The theme park has always been a part of my life, and it's just been a thing I've grown up with.I was a very young age when I first got into coasters and things; being very tall for my age. For instance, Vampire when I was 4/ 5, and Nemesis when I was 7.Another side you could look at is this: I had a bizzare childhood, yet despite all that we still went out as a fmily to a theme park, usually Chessington, and I guess it represented escapism to me. I guess that's when I realized that it wasn't just the rides I enjoyed, it was the emotions that I felt about being in this enchanting place.And I'm going to make it public, I'm a Chessington fanboy. I actually am starting to dislike Thorpe alot. I mean, let's take a look at the Fish: a sterile, cold pile of crap, and compare it with he Mine train: a themed experience, not only the ride, but also the queueline.Just saying all this makes me want to be at Chessington more. If I wanted to see painted wood and some music, I'd have gone to B&Q with my I-pod.

^ I can understand that actually. When anyone is snogging someone's face off infront of me it kinda makes me feel awkward.A simple kiss, hugs, and holding of hands is cool, but when it gets pretty graphic- like snogging with toungues ect- that's not so cute or pretty.And I'd just like to say, I'm referring to mainly queuelines, really busy public places and the like. =]

It really frustrates me when ride designers use that same opening sequence for B&M rides, which is the usual: vertical loop, dive loop, zero G roll, cobra roll, and then Mid-course breaks.Yes it works, and is a great sequence, but I'd much rather see more interesting layouts, rather than the bog- standard Anyways, Sea World is an awesome park. I didn't really appreciate it when I was younger (9) as I was absolutey coaster mad, and if it didn't have any big rides it was crap in my books.But now I'm older and can apreciate the things like shows, and generally good entertainment, it makes me realize that Sea World is something rather special.Oh, and Journey to Atlantis rocks kthnx XD

I have to say that the improvements made were outstanding. The amount of excitement that a few cooured lights has conjured up within me is unbelieveable.The new audio is amazing, and themed! :)I'd just like to thank the rides department for doing such an amzing job, you have tranformed this ride into something alot better than it was.I'd really like to see minimal changes every year- like what they were doing previously. That would be really quite cool XD

Isn't Rush quite high friction though? Does it not stop really quickly? Vortex on the other hand, that takes ages to settle after the breaks fail.
