You're lucky...my eyes sting from crying :PI can't seem to be allowed to enjoy myself without something or someone screwing it up. I know this happens to other people as well but for me and my mum it just seems to go on forever.

Lol love this joke :DMr Cadbury Met Mrs Rowntree In A Room On Quality Street, It Was After Eight. He Turned Out The Light For A Bit Of Black Magic! And Slipped His Hand In Her Snickers And Showed Her His Curly Wurly. Not Keen To Have Any Jelly Babies She Let Him Take A Trip Up Bourneville Boulevard. She Screamed With Turkish Delight! As He Took Out His Fun Sized Mars Bar It Felt A Bit Crunchie And She Wanted Some Time Out But He Did A Twirl And Had A Picnic In Her Pink Wafers. :P
  4. It's difficult to explain. The policy used to be that you had to have proof that you had a disability. So someone with ADHD could show a diagnosis report/letter and get a band, no furthur questions asked. The thing is, not all people with ADHD have trouble queueing - an adult with ADHD would probably be capable of doing so, as they are mature etc. But they could use it as an excuse if they wanted to, even if they didn't actually have trouble queueing. Now the policy is: you have to prove your disability and also provide a reason, in the form of a note from a doctor or someone, as to how/why the disability stops you from queueing. So if someone had mild ADHD and was perfectly able to queue, they would no longer be able to get a band. Because their doctor would know how mild their condition is, what symtpoms they have etc, so if they know their patient has no problem waiting their turn, they're not going to give them a note saying they can't wait their turn.It basically stops people using a mild disability as an excuse to skip the queues when they are perfectly able to queue. This is what the letter I got says explaining it:

Yes we have big cats! :PI forgot to mention it in my post - they're half Maine Coon, and those cats are big cats, fluffy, big ears...hence why our cats have those traits/looks. The pictures of them as kittens really shows how big their ears are! ;)I've lost count of the number of times people have been surprised at how big Tango is. We've got used to it, to us it's normal lol. But he weighs 12lbs!! That's not far off 1 stone, and the vet said he'd lost weight! :DHe's our little tiger
  6. On the subject of Fastrack, that reminds me - they've really cracked down on the Disabled Policy too, which is good news. I obviously have nothing against people using the system But a lot of the reasons people gave were ridiculous - I mean, why does a broken arm stop you queueing? So now, not only do you have to provide proof of your disability, you also need a doctors note, or something from any other medical professional, explaining WHY your disability stops you from queueing. So people who have disabilities that don't stop them queueing but used it as an excuse, will no longer be able to do so. Hooray, dam cheats! So from now on, anyone you see with a yellow wristband genuinely CANNOT queue. Which will help both staff and disabled guests (their queues will be short like they are meant to be).

Aww!It's funny when they misbehave and then look at you all innocently. Poppy would attack the Christmas tree every year (and usually hide under it when you went towards her, have to admit that was a pain!), and sometimes climbed up into it! Then she'd sit there all comfy and all you could see was her head peeping out

1 cat. As some of you know, Poppy was put to sleep in February, as she had been suffering with hyperthyroidism for a few years. It's difficult to regulate with medication and despite initially responding to it, the symptoms came back and gradually got worse in some ways. It was one of the hardest things we've had to do, because on the outside she looked fine (apart from being thin) and was still full of character, but on the inside it actually wasn't good and wasn't going to get any better. But she went very peacefully and tbh, we wouldn't have wanted her to be so ill that she looked it, just to prove it was the right time. Obviously things are better now but there's one thing that still upsets me - she was only 11 1/2. I know that's that a senior age for a cat, but it just seemed that every story about hyperthyroid cats I read, the cats were 14/15 when they were put down, probably because they developed it later on than Poppy did. I can't help thinking "Fair enough these things happen, but if it had to happen, why couldn't it have happened a bit later on? Why did she get it earlier than other cats?" :PBut we've still got Tango. Even though I was closer to Poppy and she was more or less my favourite, I'm obviously still glad we have Tango and we've been looking after him Poppy & Tango as KITTENS Poppy:Tango:
  9. I agree there. I travel a long way to get to Thorpe so I deserve a good day out for the effort I put in! It's for alright for some, living 5-15 minutes away...Don't get me wrong, a low ride count + awesome time with awesome people is fine. It just depends who you're with I guess Nothing worse than a crap ride count + "meh" people <_<I hate it when people say "You've been on the rides loads of times before anyway so why do you care?" Because going on rides is fun? Do people not go to theme parks to have fun? Plus I like to make the most out of any day out I have, I don't give a toss how many times I've been, each trip is individual to me. Sorry but it does my head in and confuses me!

I have no idea who to vote for and it's the first time I've voting ;)I really have no clue about what all the different parties are saying but all I want from this country is:SORT THE NHS OUT! Get rid of the rude incompetent staff. Sort the crappy benefits system out and get more staff. I'm not even gonna go into detail because it's just ridiculous.Stop putting British citizens are put 2nd in their own dam country (But I 'm NOT a racist).Better understanding of mental health.Stop putting decent people in prison, and ruining their families lives, for petty crimes, when there are evil, sick, twisted criminals running free! Stop wasting time over things that everyone is doing, and spend more time catching the REAL criminals. Now, who do I vote for? No one, probably <_<I should be Prime Minister, mwuhahahahaaaaa....
  11. Okies! I knew it was a lot different to RCT and harder but I got quite a shock

I can't really explain it but when I clicked to build track it was like really small and bendy? It didn't really look like coaster track actually! Please help me cos I don't have the money to buy it but I really wanna have a go!

IF YOU DON'T LIKE SPIDERS YOU MAY WISH TO LOOK AWAY!Meet the cellar spider (Pholcus phalangioides)Now meet the infamous house spider (Tegenaria Domestica) Guess which one eats which?Yes, the small skinny one eats the big fat hairy one!Nature is astonishing! :DThe description on Wikipedia about house spiders made me laugh cos it's so true "They are very precise on their movements. Instead of following a continuous gait pattern, they usually move in short intervals, stopping several times before deciding where to head next. Males will wander aimlessly around the house if undisturbed, but will soon switch to the running interval if prey or threat are spotted. Their legs are perfectly fit for walking (with tarsi bent outward on the tips) and spiders can run over quite long distances in both situations."After having one make two appearances in the house recently (I'm assuming it's the same spider, usually if you see more than one it's actually the same one that's found its way back in) I am prepared for tonight. With a jam jar. Mwuhahahahaha
  16. Hmmm ok maybe But I feel better going into more detail and giving personal experience, I think it's a nicer way to respond to someone who is upset rather than a one line response
  17. Will, as you know...well I understand 100% what it feels like. Loads of people at school hated me just for who I was, called me annoying, all that crap. Didn't really happen at college because people finally started growing up. But it's left me with anxiety about people hating me. I don't like phoning friends cos I think "They're gonna wonder what I want and be annoyed with me." Which is stupid really! On MSN I'm completely different, I just talk about whatever random stuff and don't care, cos it's only words. Well there is emotion etc but I don't have to worry about people whispering things and giving me weird looks. Apart from the :| emoticon Don't waste time with people who can't accept you for who you are. If they can't accept that someone has a condition which makes them unique - NOT different, UNIQUE - then they are very selfish, immature people and they're not worth knowing.I hope I don't lose any of my friends because of my "issues" but if I do at least I have a wonderful family who I know will never desert me. My little step-brother is also autistic (he's PDD-NOS) and has dyslexia. He's one of the most honest, funniest, intelligent and wonderful kids I've known. To know that I have the advantage of seeing things from his point of view, meaning I can help and advise him in a way no one else could, means a lot to me He can be VERY annoying But I love him to bits and I wouldn't change anything. There are people in this world who generally are bad and nasty, people who do wrong and they CAN help it. You are right in saying it is wrong and unfair that people like us are hated when we can't help who we are/what we do. People need to learn from our example of taking the good with the bad. Ok sometimes it is impossible not to hate someone, but hate is a strong word and a strong emotion, and sometimes people just need to be better educated about things in order for them not to hate someone who is different. There is no way near enough understanding of mental health in the world and that needs to change. I dread telling people I have ADHD because most people actually have no idea what the condition REALLY involves, most people have this idea that only boys have it, that people magically outgrow it, that it only involves hyperactivity and means you have to be bouncing off the walls 24/7...and then there's the idiots that deny it exists. I ask them to live with someone who has it before they really question it's existence. And no, food and parenting are not conrtibutors either. I had a good up-bringing, there was discipline, we were only allowed sweets and fizzy drinks at the weekend, we always had good healthy meals, and my IQ is 133, so that also wipes out the people-with-ADHD-are-just-stupid theory. Not really sure what else to say. But just hang in there and don't let these tossers get you down.To the people on this forum who are responsible - grow up. Stop and think about how you're making people feel when you say things that are bloody out of order. Stop and think about all the things you take for granted that people like us struggle with everyday. Please? It's not really much to ask. It's no different from treating the opposite sex and different races equally. These people are believed to have Asperger's or similar autistic traitsAs you can see, some of the greatest people in history/inspirational people are in that list. Where would we be without these people? Oh and Stephen Fry - what a legend, and he's got bipolar. So actually, it would seem having mental differences is an advantage...BUT I'm not saying you "normal" folks aren't gonna be successful. I'm just proving that being different is certainly not a hold-back! :DI hope people understand and that I don't get hated for this post or anything. I'd like to think that there are others on this forum who are grown up and have respect and feelings for others, whoever they are.
  18. I think they just meant there are staff coming in to work on Stealth, not that there are staff that only work on Stealth and nothing else.
  19. I like the chart music at the entrance and I'm not chav/scum. It makes a nice change, it suits the target audience waaaay more and I think it makes a good start to the day, with lively and popular music. There is nothing wrong with the entrance theme but I often heard typical guests saying "Why are they playing this random boring music?" and stuff like that. Chart music can be sung along to and danced to which makes people happy, which makes their day better
