Actually... I'm not so sure now. Somebody on TT has posted that it includes park entry HERE but they have also put that Fastrack Ultimate includes park entry, meaning that they are almost giving it away!Maybe I'm wrong then, I'm definitely confused...

Will, pretty much every theme park in England (well... the Merlin parks anyway) saw a rise in gate figures for the 2009 season. Alton has it's best year gate figure wise since the year Nemesis opened back in 1994 and Chessington had one of it's best gate figures ever! They're hardly "going down the drain" are they? You've criticized Flamingo Land's new coaster before you've even ridden it, or anyone else has for that matter. You've said PBB is bad because of cramped rides, the park doesn't have enough space to spread out it's rides and still have a decent theme park.There's nothing wrong with Drayton Manor either, admittedly not the best park in the world but 2 excellent coasters and one of the UK's/Europe's best lof flume rides is hardly bad going.My conclusion is... no, I don't think that UK theme parks are going down the drain.

Alton's £75 fastrack includes entry to the theme park by the way people, so it's actually about £45, cheaper than Thorpe's fastrack.

It isn't a case of nobody has pre-booked, it is a case of very few people have pre-booked tickets to the park and those people will be very happy to hear that they get a trip to a better theme park instead.

I had to go in to school today. My Science teacher said it's 50:50 for tomorrow. What I found amusing was the fact that because of a little snow some kids "assumed" school was off- didn't even listen to the radio! Only about 50 of the 300/400 kids in the school turned up! (although, to be fair, the buses were all canceled, lucky me gets to walk 3 miles there and back every day, YAY!)

Ah, OK then. I couldn't remember the theming on that. Valhalla has the best theming at PBB, I like the combination of fire and water.

The sound of Stealth launching is my favourite, I also like the Colossus ride music and the sound of Loggers Leap on the double drop. SAW's squeaky noise should top the lot next year though!

The video was pretty well put together and showed off the ride very well, well done to all involved with making the video. Hopefully the squealing noise won't remain for long as it would be pretty annoying if you were in a long queue! I'm excited again now that I have a new SAW video to watch over and over again for the first time in 2 months. :PIt also gives me the excuse to look at whatever SAW stuff I want, my mum & dad never let me before, since it's an 18. Now I claim to be "researching THORPE PARK's new rollercoaster" (when I'm actually watching SAW 2 on YouTube)

Yeah, it actually looks likes this one will be themed, unlike the one at Chessington which can only be a good thing! I'll probably be heading down to Alton on the parks opening day- maybe I'll get to be the first to ride Sea Life at Alton Towers!
