Samurai is quite oriental as you tried to aim for, but I think the start of it would probably scare the sh!t out of people with its uber loud speakers! Doesn't really make me think of 'warriors' and 'fighting' but I think it would suit the queueline during load to keep a calm atmosphere and help with the japanese-ish theme. XNWO's is the type of music I can imagine hearing in the queueline (with some cool lasers perhaps? *hint!*). The beat of it suits the ride quite well and would probably get my on nerves, which seems to be what Thorpe aim for in the majority of their music How the hell are you making these btw?!

I doubt much will change for X anytime soon. I don't think there will be any alterations to the trains or anything. All I can see happening really is some refurbishment in the queueline (get rid of all the random doors!) and maybe some new lights and sound effects in the actual ride area. I'm against a total re-theme though.

The lake infilling we can see going on at the moment is not for the Hotel though, the hotel is going on what I can presume is the old quarry site from the plans. The infilling behind Tidal Wave at the moment is making a link to Treasure Island so lorries can get over there easily to clear it out for future development.
