Not really pointless, they still make money as people are still willing to buy them, last 10mins of the queue is inside you can buy them with about 20-30mins left.

I agree, the queue is torture since you only move a few footsteps every minute or so.

Go on a school day in march or september and I suppose October before Fright Nights its empty, SAW doesn't even reach 30mins.
