  1. Hi dragon2000, do you have the time and date of this incident?
  2. There will be selected rides operating on the Preview night, which will include all the coasters and selected flat rides.
  3. We have not made any firm decisions about next year yet.
  4. We had around 80% of visitors in the Resort using the system over the weekend actually, and the system was the only way to ride Colossus and SAW - The Ride on Monday and Tuesday.
  5. Hi Project LC, We trialled it all weekend and the Park was very busy Friday, Saturday and Sunday as you'd expect from a Bank Holiday weekend. We don't just take feedback directly from guests on the day, we also use a post visit survey and all feedback from social media, which comes from a mix of regular visitors and Annual Passholders. We're sorry you don't agree with the system, but the majority of guests are very positive about the impact it has on their visit so we're confident that this is the right thing for us to do.
  6. Hi everyone, Very interesting to read all your feedback and some of the very passionate viewpoints on this topic. Over the weekend the feedback from guests at the Resort using the system has been incredibly positive. We do take on board all comments, both positive and negative, and that is the reason we are running the trials - as a test to fully road test the system and see what potential pitfalls there are for us to overcome before rolling this out as a permanent feature. We are not ignoring the issue of additional guests on the Resort who will no longer be standing in coaster queues, and this is one of the reasons we have invested in live bands performing on Saturdays over the summer this year, as well as every day over the Bank Holiday weekend when RNR was running. We have implemented RNR to improve the experience of our guests, and from the vast majority of feedback we've received, this has been successful, but we are continually reviewing and making improvements to our processes based on learnings from the trials.

  8. Registration is tied to your ticket (or Annual Pass) ID. So you can't register multiple tickets.
  9. Hi Gabby, The Weatherproof offer is not available this year I'm afraid!
  10. Hi Planenut, can you give us more detail on who exactly you contacted? The email address if possible? We'd like to check who is giving out incorrect information. thanks!
  11. Yes of course THORPE PARK Resort Annual Passholders can come - we wouldn't have a preview and exclude our most loyal fans!
  12. Hi Jonny This is not correct - we'll get in touch with the Contact Centre and find out why you were told this
  13. The event was mistakenly listed as 10 - 5 on Eventbrite, and unfortunately can't be changed once posted. However we've taken the decision to keep rides open until 5pm if there is demand for it
  14. It will start at 11am and go on until after lunch
  15. It's our call centre - the number is 0871 663 1673
  16. Tickets are now on sale through the Contact Centre! Numbers are very limited (120 tickets in total) so we recommend booking ASAP if you want to go
  17. Just to confirm, the reference to Evening Events pricing should not have been on the Summer Nights page and has been removed. The Annual Pass rate applies to all Merlin and Thorpe Annual and Season passes - including Premium passes
  18. Hi all There were a few mistakes on the opening times which should now have been fixed - sorry for any confusion! The preview dates have been removed from the calendar - not because they aren't happening but because these are special invitation only events, not open to the general public. The Park is not closing in October at all, these dates will be normal 10 - 5 operating dates, and Fright Nights will be kicking off to the general public on the 11th October. June will be open 10 - 5pm Monday - Thursday, and 10 - 6pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And of course Summer Nights will be making a return on Friday and Saturday nights from the 11th July - 30th August, although this will not feature on the opening times as it is a special event.
  19. No restriction, but under 12s need to be accompanied by an over 16
  20. Well spotted. Yes we took the post down - too many people were missing the point that the ride was dismantled for winter maintenance, not broken.
  21. If you have any ideas for something we're not currently offering, send an email over to our VIP manager at vip@thorpe-park.co.uk and she'll be able to tell you if it's possible!
  22. You're welcome! Beautiful day today - bit chilly though!
