Both the misters and lights were off at park opening. A while later the lights and then the misters got turned on. Does it have to be a certain temperature for them to work properly? That doesn't explain Fright Nights though..

I went on at about 11:10. Is there supposed to be fake blood shot anywhere because I just saw very little actual gore, just people stuggling, if that's the right way to put it. I really liked the Saw 6 scene even though it wasn't very faithful. I thought the Saw 5 scene was the weakest as nothing really happened. The actors seemed to always go for the girls at the back and I wish I took up their offer of switching places now.. I didn't see any pig mask actors but there was a very creepy hooded actor on the strobing corridor. Overall, I think this ride has a lot of potential if Thorpe keep that many actors on the maze at all times and I think some jets of water similar to the barrel roll on Saw - The Ride would be nice. The only real problem I can see are the chains in the Saw 4 scene. I tripped over them and nearly fell over, as did the girls behind me.

I think the roof looks fine. Not so keen on the logo on the ground though.

It got moved to Six Flags New England. A friend of mine who lives near there saw it when she went last season and it is still on the website so it is not going anywhere at the moment.

Best:A great selection of rides, especially the collection of the flats which put most of the other parks in the UK to shame.Some great soundtracks. I love the Stealth playlist and the bass on the Inferno soundtrack.Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Many go beyond what is needed to do their jobs (Inferno for FN and staff trying to scare guests in the Saw queue).A lot of people here seem to think chavs are running amock in the park which has never happened in the park and I find most people are more friendly than the average person on the high street of Oxford. Also, the security is very good.When the scenery works, it really adds to the experience.Worst:The advertising and PR offices of Merlin need a hard slap.Ride reliability although better now, still needs to improve massively.I find the midway games staff are far too aggressive in my opinion and they come across as rude.Fastrack and the queuing stupidity it causes needs to be sorted. Last time I went to Thorpe Park, Inferno's proper Fastrack queue was roped off and was rerouted to the exit of the ride. Not only did this mean it was getting on and off the ride for everyone, it caused a nasty queue experience for Fastrackers. Also, the station staff had to check tickets slowly down the throughput massively and Fasttrackers had to sit in the back 2 rows. Non-fasttrackers didn't have the option to sit at the back and Fasttrackers couldn't queue for the front.The staff who just don't try at all or have an attitude problem.General of the up keep of the park leaves much to be desired in most cases.Cattlepen queues, no thanks. I am sure that if Thorpe Park put more effort into it, the Saw queue could have gone under the track where it is higher up and had more interactive traps.

Maths because it is the only lesson that I have any close friends in so I can actually have a laugh in.

Oh I forgot to add about the countless flies I have hit/ swallowed from sitting at the front of Stealth. It makes me feel sick even though I know I am not going to be sick .

Most I have had was on the 24th being one of the first Nemesis trains going round. It had beed closed for 5-10 minutes after opening due to cutting trees. I still manged to brush my foot on one of the branches coming out of the station. Nothing big but it still scared me looking at it from the front.

I am hoping that Thorpe spend some of the money from profit (Saw fastrack anyone?) on improving the parks scenery this off-season seeing as they have no rides planned. It seems to be pretty likely as Merlin actually bothered to to repaint the bottom of Tidal Wave.

I think the same guy was operating on the 24th. He played the broken down announcement, waited half a minute a then dropped us. This added to the ride value immensely and there was no queue so that was not a problem. He was also making people who were riding Detonator for the first time sit next to the operating box and doing anything possible to scare them. A great member of staff. To all the people who are saying about queue times, I walked past in the middle of day when the queue was 15 minutes and he was only talking over the PA and dropping straight after the countdown. 10 minutes and below is when he adds in the other stuff.

Would of been nice if the syringes squirted air and water to make it clear what they actually are. Most people don't really notice what is on the sides since it is too unclear.

I think two rollbacks happened yesterday. One was at about 2ish when I was just about to get on at the front. Just missed out

Got on Saw 2 times today, first time on the ride as well. The first ride was at the start of the day but something was wrong as not even test cars were going around until about 10:15 ish. The ride was amazing at the front and I didn't expect such a sudden drop inside with the blades and spikes. The more than verticle drop was pretty breathtaking as well.At the the end of the day, the ride was a mess to say the least. The frequent breakdowns caused what should of been a 1 hour queue into a 2 hour queue. The ride experience was sucky at the back but it made me realise that the first car to leave misses some important effects like Billy's explanation at the start of ride and the full video before the lift. The whole surprise of a drop is ruined in the second car though as you can hear the screams and see the car go under you after the second drop. I really wish the second row was higher than the first. It makes it difficult to see the effects and just makes the axes scenery instead of something truely terrifying. It also feels much less forceful compared to the front and feels like the waste of 2 hours queue time. I think boarding row 3 is the best because of this.I wonder if anyone from Lionsgate has been on the back row and seen how bad it is compared to the front. Really doesn't make their franchise very scary with what look like medicore blades from further back.

I thought I was breaking up early tomorrow I did ask some friends in London however and they said most state schools break up next Wednesday or Friday so it shouldn't be too busy next Monday hopefully.

I did once when some idiots were having a teddy bear fight in the tunnel and the bears exploded.

Considering how many people have won so far, Thorpe must be giving out quite a lot of invites.

Trip planned for 30th with some friends. I just really wanted to be in on the opening experience.
