Sorry, but, flat rides not being able to decrease in quality?If anything they are the ride type with the biggest variance in terms of quality due to different settings. Samurai especially, can be god awful one day but actually quite amazing another so of course they can go down in quality...

Why does Paulton's Kontiki spin MUCH faster than Chessington's ? Just something I've been wondering for a while

^ Definitely, the ride where I realised how much I enjoyed the ride was when I, as a single rider, was put with a young family, they were awesome and asked me if I had been on it etc. The 2 kids must've been barely 1.2m tall and both were obviously scared senseless, they went crazy after the outdoor section, then screamed at the drop and laughed at the backwards section. And when coming back in the station, the screams of "again" and laughter were awesome.

My thing with smoking is that if one person smokes, there is then a huge number of people who are forced to breathe it in, even in paths and walkways where often they are very cramped and congested. I don't have a huge problem with it, even if other people's smoke can often give me a headache.

Really pleased that area has had a bit of a lift with the new signs and whilst I didn't manage to get into the area myself, from a distance the new lanterns looked amazing
