Your signature, "Waiting time is 0 minutes" does that actually happen? Would be great luck to have such a big ride with no queue!

There must be a designated time of the day/year for that to happen?

it can happen ive seen it before and it has happend to me

  3. Oh, never mind! I still might go on the 7th next week.
  4. I'm thinking of going on either next Tuesday or Friday (Tuesday I have no exams, and Friday is my last exam), so might be able to join you, if that's OK.Not much of a reason to celebrate the end of MY exams, I've only done 4! Maybe it's a celebration of having the thought of a celebration.
  5. That's an interesting thing to say. I've always thought it has a great atmosphere, especially at night in the middle of summer. I doubt my family and I would have kept on going if we didn't feel it had an atmosphere.
  6. I'm currently saving my money for the six week break, but am currently on study leave. I am thinking of going to Thorpe Park on maybe June 7, if I have money. I haven't finalised a date with myself yet, but if I do, it would be fun to meet someone from here for the first time!
  7. I'd forgotten Kobra was to be a Disk-O, I'm looking forward to riding it when I visit later this year. I'm used to the restraints of a Disk-O, considering how many times I've been on Ramba Zamba at Adventure Island, which is also a Disk-O. One of my favourite rides at AI too actually, maybe Kobra could become one of my favourites at Chessington.
  8. I've recently discovered the brilliant The IT Crowd, written by one of the guys behind one of my favourite sitcoms of all time Father Ted. I've seen all 18 episodes from all three series now, and I hope to buy the DVD next month. Hilarious stuff, I wish I'd gotten into it sooner! Also, on EastEnders, I think it's the only decent soap on. Hasn't been that good recently, but the two-hander should be good next week.
  9. It's all walkthrough. The first part is like a role-playing type thing almost. Then the second part is meant to be the scary bit, where you have to hold onto the shoulders of the next person. I purposely put on a bored face to make them "threaten" me more.
  10. I loved Detonator, I found that the best thing to do was to not look up, and to not look down, just look straight ahead, which was actually easily done. When we were finally dropped, I let out in one long breath "wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooah", I will definitely ride the Detonator on my next visit to Thorpe.
  11. I was unsure for quite a while in Year 11, and assured myself I was bisexual. I have a crush on someone in my French group, and she's a girl. So, I think I am still bisexual, but more towards girls.

    Music

Those who know me will know I am nuts about the Pet Shop Boys, the best British artists ever, in my opinion. My favourite album is "Bilingual" closely followed by "Yes", just search up on YouTube, "Pet Shop Boys Bilingual" and/or "Pet Shop Boys Yes" and you can listen to virtually the whole album, to get a feel of the songs. You'll be tapping your feet at songs like "Before" and "All Over the World" and mimicking a violin on "King of Rome" from Yes and "To Face the Truth" from the Behaviour album. I could go on all day, but won't.By the way, BUMP.
  13. I was planning to go to the Dungeons too, but on my way I got stopped by people advertisting for the Tombs opposite, I ended up choosing that one, as it beat the Dungeons for "The UK's scariest attraction". I was utterly disappointed. Samurai at Thorpe Park scared me! Are the Dungeons better?
  14. South Park.Cadbury's Caramel or Galaxy's Caramel?
  15. I know Adventure Island, I hope to go to it next year sometime! :D. Most people on here are probably familiar with it as well, since a lot of us take an interest in parks outside Thorpe/Chessington blah blah blah. Welcome to tpm anyway! :)
