    Latest I have heard is North East Lincolnshire Council are talking to Pleasure Island about the future of the site next week. Will be interesting to see what happens to the rides. Seems like some people are interested in buying them according to what I have read in on the Grimsby Telegraph website.

    I have got my face it alone ticket. Appears we have to meet for a maze selection ceremony and birthday celebration of 15 years of fear at depth charge fast track at 14:45 on the day. Face it alone then takes place at 22:00 that day. See you all there.

    This is a big loss to North East Lincolnshire and the industry in general. I hope somebody buys it out. The south end of Cleethorpes has seen so much development over the last few years. I was lucky enough to visit the park as I was born in Grimsby. My brother worked there for a whie. I have to admit I have never seen the park massively busy. However I do feel it did attract visitors into the area and I hope it doesn't have to much inpact on the economy of an area of the uk that I know very well.

    Hi guys, Anybody used public transport or taxis from airport to phantasialand or and Bruhl? If so does anybody have any idea on costs?

    Same swing working on Friday to on Rush.

    What I noticed yesterday was Rush was on half capacity. Slammer had down time and Swarm closed early. Colosus had a short period of down time.

    I was lucky to go on it today. I didn't notice any specific changes. Though I'm guessing the aim was to make it more reliable. Would be good if some different endings were introduced.

    Hi, I doubt they will be because Fright Nights Starts on 7th October. I do think however the 15th and 16th will be the quieter of the nights out of those listed.

    Hi from what I heard. The land behind Swarm and also land were The Shark hotel is could be used to build new rides in the future.

    Hi, I'm still interested in coming to this but will depend on work. Once the work rota is out I will confirm. I think it is doubtful I will be able to get as I already have a couple of weekends off in September so chances are I will be working.

    Votes are getting tight. Defo can't make 30th July. Should be able to make August 6th.

    I'm interested in coming to this but I'm already away with family for 10 days in September and I'm away at phantasialand to. The chances are all other weekends in September I will be working. Defiantly still interested in doing it but chances are slim if it is in September.

    Obviously I plan to do what meets I can in 2017. Port Aventura looks exciting. Its a case of fitting in what I can alongside family visits and shift work and my increasing desire to visit non uk parks.

    I quite like the idea of a rough outline of the meets planned for the next 12 months as this gives people an idea what is planned. I think the dates need to be arranged about 3 to 4 months in advance. This enables us to have enough time to book time of work. Also for those not close buy it gives us time to get accommodation and train tickets etc well in advance which is also a lot cheaper.

    I can definitely attend if it's the first weekend 15th or 16th October. Other dates possibly subject to getting time off work. would be up brave it alone to. I have never been to fright nights and it's something I will be doing this year. Hopefully it will be with you at this meet.
