  1. Doubt the park will get anything spectacular, the last two investments have been pretty pointless, dodgems and a wave swinger? Pretty sure they already had them (albeit them being a bit crap). Isn't Bubbleworks huge? Surely it wouldn't fit in any space of the park?

  2. Bah! (Signatures never work on my phone/iPod though (or at least they don't on the mobile version of the Muse forum).

    Minimalism :)

(By the way if anyone is wondering how my sig works, you need a last.fm account and then get the image from here: http://www.lightshadow.co.uk/then download the scrobbler if you are using iTunes or link your Spotify with it  (last.fm is really dated but I still love it))

That was just a motor lock up, not as drastic as it looks.

I have thought for many years that Thorpe should get a woodie. I think it would compliment the park well and offer a variety of coaster type.

I dream that Colossus will just be bulldozed and a mack mega put in it's place but that's a pipe dream.

If a woodie is built, please be a more exciting layout than Towers appears to be.

If they get rid of Colossus they should take Storm Surge and X with it (actually a fan of Colossus).

If SW8 is successful, a Thorpe woodie seems likely after they got two Gerstlauer coasters in a short timeframe.

  4. Eww the new Biffy Clyro album is pretty bad, looking forward seeing them live for the first time though (or at least trying to get tickets).

  5. Was looking at getting some Technics, but the price sadly made them out of the question. Might upgrade to one in a few years but my LP60 seems pretty solidly built (albeit a bit light) and should hopefully last.

  6. Nonononono don't get a Crosley, they look so flimsy and sound terrible. I got an Audio Technica LP60 USB from Currys for £119 (free postage too). Got it plugged into the back of my CD player (it has its own built in preamp so if you have a speaker with aux/mp3 input you can use that) and sounds awesome. It has a dust cover too and looks pretty nice as well. Only downside is that you can't play 10" records (but there are barely any of those).
