I was on it Sunday and it was working fine

Tbh I believe its both a human and a technical fault. I've put together an opinion based on some of the things I have read. From what I have gathered, you're not supposed to load a car while a test car is going around. Second, the car was forced off the first lift hill which meant it was overridden by the operator. The block brake should have stopped the car. Is any of this right because if so it seems legit?

I reckon it won't be open tomorrow. Reason being after seeing it today with 3 enginerners at one time. I always thought that if they are still working on it there are problems

Any news? I'm going tomorrow and hoping it's open

Does anyone know wether this plan may be still happening? I have seen staff walking along the route of the CCR on a number of vists

If the shed has been taken down do you think we can see it extended towards the new island and a new station?

I've never been on slammer ever, is it worth doing once it reopens?

When we went to the annual pass event, the restraints wouldn't release nor close. Their was a good several seats unused because of this.

Does anyone have a rough idea when they would start ground breaking?

I totally understand where you are coming from, but most of the rides down are having issues eg slammer,samurai,saw and rumba. Fair enough they should advertise it lets say on facebook and twitter but its beginning of the season and the park is quiet jt should not make to make of a difference.

It's the beginning of the season! You guys expect to much from this park. It's not disney nor universal so we should all except that. Yeah some rides were down or not running but park is going to be quiet it's midweek, people at work children at school means very little people are going to go. If the park can save money on quiet days such as these by only running one car let them do that, the money saved can go to some sort of investment. But again thorpe ain't disney. So I think you should lower your expectations.

But it's been down for over a week adding water should not take this long.

Saw must have problems as it was down for the whole of last weekend. they have had about a week and a half to fix the problem what you guy think it is?

Thorpe should set money aside for each ride and its area for work to be done during the closed season in term of theming and appearance such as the wheel covers, repaint for Colossus ect

From what I can see, the queue lines are just going to be wooden with little to no theming and like all there rides, in a cattle grid style.

According to my mum so maybe not but X was open to VIP holder during after park hours. I though it wasn't open due the construction site next door.

During the day it went down for about 45 minutes and reopened about 12:00

I do believe there must be some development through the nemesis inferno photo shop. In fairness that room always felt blank and I believe the photo booth could've easily fitted in a smaller space. Today it was boarded off, and though the cameras were still working the shop area was locked. But think about how crowded it's got before the works. People queuing to get photos. People getting off the ride were having to push though. With all this being added it going to be manic

I must agree, the park was really fun today, nice to go round with some friends. It's a shame about the lack of saw, but then again the gain of detonator and the nice touch ups (OMG the submarine got painted!!) was a real high point. I look forward to the rest of the season and seeing the 2016 ride develop. After seeing the improvements, it's too give me high hopes with this 2016 development. Also does anybody know the new MTD(Medium term development)? I think after angry bird they chucked the old one out the window.

I'm confused if they are doing photos for IAC and it exit plus nemesis photos station. How is there going to be enough room for all of that. If I'm wrong please correct me! Confused.com XD

I'm new to posting on this site but I very regularly view some of the topics. I really enjoyed today. Firstly we didn't have to pay to get into this event as you would do for fright nights, which is great with the amount of people in the park. Second the ride times, the only ride which was ridiculously long is storm surge and the closure of saw the ride. Lastly the improvement made around the park with the new stealth sign graphics and genral clean up. Over all good day. But I reading some comments and your being quite negative about the changes, fair enough they should be doing it every closed season but if they are getting the work done now we should praise them about it. Encourage the park to make more improvement like reassemble loggers tunnel and replace infernos wheel covers Just don't be so hard on the park I think they done good so far and hope they keep it up!
