Annual Pass Collection

I bought a Annual Pass today online and I have two questions. is a bus pass an acceptable form of ID to pick it up (it has my photo on) and also When I collect it at the park can I get it on the day I pick it up and start using it or do I have to fill out forms and have my photo taken on the day and then get my pass a few weeks later??

I don't know about the bus pass thing but you fill out the forms and they take your photo and then they can print it out basically immediately

I'm sure the bus pass thing will be fine. When I collected my annual pass earlier on this year, they didn't ask me for any form of ID.

I've never been asked for ID when buying or collecting an AP. Just as long as you have the card details, you're fine.

You can collect the pass on the day.

also when I booked my annual pass I had a different card but I got a new card today. will I still be allowed to pick up my pass??? it's the same account but just a different card and card number

Take the original along, just in case.

When I went with a friend to collect one, they were only asked for the order reference number (but they had uploaded the photo to the site themselves, so quiet easy to tell if person collecting card is legit).
