As the mods/admins don't seem to be able to organize this, shall we have a chat session on Monday evenings at say 7?We have been monitoring the chat / forum stats to see when the most popular time on the forums are before we rush into setting times for chats, Weekdays are certainly busier and if people are happy with Mondays thats good with us ;)And just want to really echo Ians earlier comments, we work hard on the forums and site, not always on things you guys can see (yet!) but with full time jobs / uni and other things in life its hard to put in all the time we would sometimes like too. Rest assured we are still committed to the sites and keeping up the good standard which has got us to where we are today.

Guildford Spectrum - Winter Meetup - 6th February
The "Official" plan is to meet at the spectrum on Sunday at 13:00, go bowling first , and then skate between 3:00 - 4:30. After that those who wish to go out for a meal. But obviously we cant force people who dont want to to skate and what not but thats the official plan..

When I say better, I mean the parks general popularity and success, not mine or anyone's opinions like that I thought this would come up, ive personally had more problems with "chavs" at Alton Towers than I ever have Thorpe but maybe thats just me

Out of interest here (Serious question to the haters) :rolleyes:What is so bad about Thorpe Park? Each year the park does better and better, busier and busier, whilst popularity is not always a measure of quality, enthusiasts have been slagging it off for years, and each year the park does that little bit better surely if it was THAT bad this wouldnt be the case?

Yeah it looks like option 1 will be the most suitable for most people!

Guildford Spectrum - Winter Meetup - 6th February
Okay it seems there has been abit of a mix up with the times for the Disco Skating! Got a couple of options so please let us know which one you guys would rather!Option 1: Meet at the agreed time of 13:00, go bowling, Skate between 3:00 - 4:30Option 2: Meet later on in the afternoon / early evening, Possibly start with something to eat, go bowling and then Disco Skate between 8:30 - 11pm (This will work out both cheaper and longer skating time) We understand most of you will probably rather option 1 with travel arrangements, but please do let us know!

Indeed, but obviously on the busiest of days not always easy to avoid queues or for instance not at the park long. Its rare I do, but ive no problems atall paying for fastrack, you get what you pay for dont you.
-
Stealth
Exactly..And not everyone goes as often so they will want to ride as much as possible. Even as somone who goes alot, if I want to ride Stealth and it has a queue I dont want to wait in, ill buy fastrack.Goes back to the more you pay the better service you get I guess

I'm not so sure, people seem to think there is no restraint but most times I've walked past this season the vast majority of fastrack packages are sold out by early afternoon.

I dont see the big upset, its not about being up anyones rear end, Ricky is right in what he says, you pay more you get a better service and this is in everything in life, from train tickets to broadband, the person whos willing to spend more money with the particular company will get a better service or product and I dont see why anyone thinks this is wrong.Theres no denying £6 IS alot of money, but why would they charge say £4 if people are willing to spend £6, what sense would this make to a money making business.
