If you ignore the wear on the track and the huuuge oil stains on the lift hill, it's a really pretty ride. Thorpe have done really well with the way they've dug it into the ground/put paths over it. The fact it's insanely long adds to that. Night time is no exception with the green spotlights. Most well designed ride in the park I think. The theming works pretty well too (although that might be because it's so simple - just bung a load of plants in!)

Depends on the weather and if it's broken or not.If it's sunny, they usually spray mist. That's why the track is so manky about there

I personally think Thorpe were a bit sneaky about this one.I was there that day, and they made no attempt to tell anyone about the free re-enrty thing - so many people were walking off without - as I almost did. If the giant queue wasn't there I wouldn't have noticed.Bad Thorpe!

Alfonso is amazing. I love him. I really do. I don't know what it is, but he's fantastic. It might be the fact that he's really not the kind of person you would expect to be working at a theme park, it might be the receeding hairline, it might be the accent. But :)Wow, I sound like a stalker.

Yeah. The hooded guy (or girl) just "unstraps" them, and they kind of fall forward and get carried under the stairs. I assume there is a door there. It sucks for the next person having the ring in their mouth with all the spit on

Well.. if you look at the scafolding around Tidal Wave...It is very very close to where stealth's track runs.Would this not be an explanation for it not opening for Thrill Chill?

I immediately love Thorpe for doing this. It almost justifies the increase in annal pass prices. (I still got mine from tesco clubcard anyway! )I think this is well worth skipping college for !

It annoys me how seemingly careless Thorpe are with Rush. They promised it opening, and I can accept if it dosn't, but when it sits there all day and there is one guy with a spanner who lazily does some bolts up, then wanders away as if he did it out of a total lack of anything else to do.If you're not going to open a ride, fair enough. If you say you're going to open it and it breaks, at least make it look like you're trying to fix it... >:[

The raspberry noise that the samurai pod closest to the entrance makes when the restraints are locking. Gets me every time

That, and the fact that they justify queueing that little bit further. They make me smile every time.

Rush has been really poorly this year...Yesterday swing B kept going too high, and swing A was wobbling from side to side. A lot...Hopefully they'll fix it properly over the winter...

When the long queue line is open you go past the gas tank closest to quantum. Looking at the gas tank, to the right hand side. They're bright blue. You can't miss them

This is going to seem a bit of an odd request but....Can someone take a high res image of the little blue levers on the side of rush? You know, the ones that look like smiley faces. Annoyingly I have an awful camera phone so can't take a pic..Cheers(p.s. first post woo)
