  1. Compared to how it rides now, yes it was.
  2. Omg Unlike some people here I'm finding it hard to complain about everything we've seen so far. Saw was once smooth too
  3. I just want a testing video, stop teasing us, Towers.
  4. It's testing!? Where are the videos
  5. Well put
  6. I'm sure the majority of Thorpe's target audience would prefer listening to chart music when queuing for a while over repetitive theme music that doesn't help pass time in any way at all
  7. I'm really excited for testing videos tbh
  8. Loads more announcements! including Flux Pavillion & AlunaGeorge
  9. I'd really like to see something to the likes of an intamin aquatrax or mega-lite (I'd prefer something of a B&M equivelant) would be really cool if it was as compact as the Smiler and had alot of airtime hills as well as whatever new and quirky thing thorpe are bound to introduce.
  10. I doubt this will be removed any time soon, it's a classic, they can't remove their water rapids
  11. I would say the gap would more start at about 135 degrees, not 90
  12. The front right imo, I sit there every time because the only time it rattles my head is for a few seconds when entering the drop You must! You'll never want to sit in the other seats again
  13. Then what would the secret features to be unlocked on the app be?
  14. I'm aware it's opinion, that's what we discuss on forums but anyway, Colossus has no need to beat any B&M roars Same, when I hear that sound from the car park is when the excitement kicks in even stronger, I love that sound
  15. It's iconic and intimidating
  16. Really...
  17. If you find Colossus rough just queue for the front seats, sorted Still doesn't solve the leg-room etc issues
  18. I love when they do stuff like that, sometimes when I've been on stealth they play the breakdown announcement that tells you the train is about to start moving and then they launch it
  19. In all the other pictures it looks quite small, this is the only one that's made me realise how massive it is
  20. X

Looks great! Hopefully they have some new bassy speakers in there too really excited to go on this, hoping it's open for Easter holidays (I expect it will be)
  21. I see where you're coming from, they just added a £20m coaster yet have to advertise it heavily in only it's 2nd year but I think that's just necessary these days, it's not like they'd waste money advertising if they didn't have to.

imo the ride looks better without the tunnel and I actually like the way the left over framework/rocks look
  23. I'd rather they kept the contract going over having the exact same theming but without the video's/doll of Jigsaw and all the "SAW: the ride" logo signs taken off
  24. That really is a moment of true fear for me - nothing to do with the theme or ride itself xD
  25. Due to the ranging opinions on Saw, it must be down to how tall you are. When I call Saw rough I mean it bashes the hell out of my head by forcing it in all directions and hitting the restraint. Also I find it really hurts my neck at some points (e.g the transition from the drop after the MCBR into the dive loop) it just feels like it's being forcefully pushed into really uncomfortable positions, it's hard to explain. It's a different "rough" than you have on Colossus imo. However in it's first year I never had that problem Anyway, sorry for going off topic. I'm really hoping the Smiler doesn't have this issue at all as it ages, it most likely wont.
