It's not as though they can use 'its so big' as an excuse, I mean look at SAW the ride, which is a similar maybe even bigger building than Smilers.

What Rides Are You Required to Wear Your Shoes?
Not entirely sure, I think at the top of stairs there is a piddly little sign mentioning it.

What Rides Are You Required to Wear Your Shoes?
For safety reasons loose shoes like I highlighted aren't permitted incase they fling off and hit people. The last thing anyone would want is a high heel smack them in the head

What Rides Are You Required to Wear Your Shoes?
On Nemesis Inferno, you MUST wear your shoes, the only exception to this are high heeled boots/shoes, strapless shoes (flip flops) or backless shoes. If your shoes are able to be secured with Velcro or laces you will have to wear your shoes.

2013 Changes
There is a sign on the left as you enter that says 'strobes effects and haze effects are used throughout this ride' not the parks fault of people don't read the signs

Park Music
Same with Samurai, or at least it was.

Nemesis Inferno
Oh..? Issue with your volcano, it's actively spewing lava, which would kill anything it touches causing it to go black. As nemesis' volcano isn't exactly 'active' you just happen to go through the middle of it which is what all of them look like its hardly comparable
-
Nemesis Inferno
Does anyone realise that volcanoes look like that? Overgrown, black, green and all sorts of colours? It would be ridiculous to have a well groomed volcanoe...

The Smiler
I don't think anyone can really see how bad SRQ is until they have tried working them. The amount of utter morons that don't understand simple instructions such as " row 6 please" to then faff about trying to find row 6 even when it's clearly labelled. Or for the more incompetent staff who just don't send any SR's to any row until the load attendants shout for one which the SR would then again decide to faff about at the bag room then refuse to go through any gate BUT the gate that leads to the empty seat. Whilst I know SRQ has its pros, but in many other cases they just don't work at all.

2013 Changes
Staff are on a zero hour contract, when signing the contract there is a section (for those who read it) which states: on some occasions you will be required to work more than 48 hours a week to meet the needs of the company, by signing this contract you adhere to these requirements and subject yourself to long hours. (not word for word but it's similar to that. If you cannot adhere to the lengthier hours, before signing the contract you need to contact HR and discuss which may be refereed to your line manager Staff aren't paid overtime either, they have the standard rate even when they are working unsociable hours such as Fright Nights. Hope this helps

To be fair, Saw didn't sell fastrack for the first 3 months. Maybe its a Gertslauer thing.... I swear one of the prizes on the app is '20% of smiler fastrack' ?
