  1. I have seen Poppy several times before. She is generally a very nice employee, and there are often problems with mis-communication between ride staff.
  2. There is indeed a crocodile there.

Oh right. Should hopefully be open soon then .

I haven't been to the park myself, but I read somewhere on here earlier this week that Rameses Revenge was up in scaffolding. I would have thought by this that it will be unavailable for a while.

Ok. He produced some great stuff. Not only on his own, but in fact I personally much preferred the music with Jackson 5. One of my favourite songs is Blame it on the Boogie. But, in my opinion, there are currently and have been many far better artists. That's my opinion anyway.

I agree, it hasn't really made much of a difference to my life if I'm honest.

Agreed, he is the King of Pop.

I think it's sick that he only died yesterday, and this afternoon there was a 15 minutes news report on the radio about how many people wanted to get a full refund for their concert tickets. Is that the first thing they thought about? It's sickening.

It was confirmed this afternoon that the heart attack may have been caused by Michael's constant prolonged use of paracetamol. Many relatives expressed their concerns about the amount he was taking.

    Corrie. Neighbors or Hollyoaks?

I've never seen Colossus stuck on the lift hill. I think it's just been overhyped because of it happening slightly more frequently recently than before.

Power ShowerAlan Carr or Graham Norton?
  13. Because Chessington is such as reliable park, they didn't bother making a "Rides Currently Unavailable" section on the website, because it would very rarely get used. ;)In all seriousness though, they don't but they should.
  14. What did the average Q times look like today?
  15. The distance is approximate 3.5 miles, and a taxi would probably cost you close to £10-15. Taxis wait outside the station so it's literally a case of getting off the train and into a taxi.

    Pirates 4DDrayton Manor or Oakwood?
  17. This question isn't directly Thorpe Park trip related, but here goes. I am thinking about planning a UK theme park trip for me and my friends during the Summer Holidays. Many of them (including me) are keen theme park enthusiasts, and I thought it would be great to do a tour of a few theme parks. I live in Kent, and I was going to use the train as my main method of transport. Basically, I was thinking of taking a week, and going to a different theme park each day of the week. I have so far thought of going to Thorpe Park, CWOA and Alton Towers. I thought about Drayton Manor as I haven't been there but from what I have read here on the forums it doesn't seem like the nicest place to go to. If anyone has any other theme parks that are relatively easy to get to from Kent that I could add to my list, please let me know! Thanks
  18. I have heard many conversations in my school about UK theme parks over the years, and it seems that most boys prefer Thorpe Park mainly because it has bigs rides which makes them feel hard when they go on them. I couldn't disagree more to be honest with you. I do love Thorpe Park, but I would much rather have a fun, less intense day out that thrill after thrill after thrill that you get at Thorpe Park.
  19. That's really quite short compared to what I'm usually used to. I'd happily queue that on a Saturday.

    I agree.

Just wait until the day, but I would probably say yes. I would never buy one anyway, but if you are going to buy one, that would probably be the sort of day when you would want to.
  22. Oh, why? (if you don't mind me asking).

    JLSSimon Cowell or Piers Morgan?

  25. Oh right Ok, yes that makes a bit more sense now.
