Yesterday it definitely was a decent ride (almost "good" !!! ), and in fact the worst section of the ride was probably the Fountain Finale, which was unusual.

Bubbleworks today was the best it's been in a LONG time. All music more or less working and many effects I've not seen for a while. Great to see.Also, at the moment, the toes are wobbling and the left foot IS there

The left foot of one of the workers? If so I can explain...It happened the day I was there, sometime in September. A group, going round on the ride, decided it'd be fun to knock over one of the Bubble workers, which are obviously secured to the floor, this broke one of it's feet. In fact for a while afterwards all that was there was the broken foot as the model had been taken away.Don't you just hate people who do things like that?

Seeing as I wasn't there, no :)What was strange?Also, does anyone know how the special event Zoo thing went last night?

I don't know what it means by the rack rate, but basically on weekends at Holiday Inn Chessington, they have a set number of rooms they sell as "annual pass rooms" these are about £50 per night not including breakfast, but they sell out very quickly...

Really would have loved to get on this, I couldn't get to the original event so couldn't book it, but could have got to this one, a shame but I hope everyone going has a great time and takes lots of pictures

To be honest, the only bit of the drop that is worse than any other drop is the switch-over from vertically up to vertically down, which last milliseconds and from then on it doesn't feel too different or extreme at all and from experience the journey up is a lot worse than down. Anyway it's not that drop you need to be worrying about

I know my school has activity days that week, the Thursday and Friday I think, I remember because its going to be my first full day at Thorpe Park this year, and actually probably my only full day at Thorpe Park this year. :)I'm hoping it's not going to be heaving, but not expecting it to be quiet.

Give them a ring and it'll probably be cheaper, especially as you don't get the up to %50 off from your AP through the internet

For those who wanted to see the logo with added "resort" As you can see it's only something little and only used on media related to the hotel or showing off the facilities available as a whole

If you want to do and see everything, and it's your first time 3 days is definitely not too much. I've been going for years and I could still easily go for 3 days, or more so it's certainly not to much. Both of the on-resort hotels are amazing, but there is a huge number of B&B's available outside of the park for cheaper. Have a great trip , the park during October is spectacular
