Yeah I went on Saturday and it was really good.
Colossus - 3 - went on front then back, you can really tell what people mean when they say how much smoother the front is
Stealth - 3
Nemesis - 3 - went on at the front and a bird litch shat in my eye after the zero-g
Saw - 2
Swarm - 2
Dodgems - 1 - incredibly bruised
Storm Surge - 1 - never in my life have I got/seen anybody get wet on this ride before, but I got drenched, like Tidal Wave drenched. So thought we may as well go on...
Tidal Wave - 1 - to dry off a bit
Rush - 1 - buzzing this was open

Dont panic everyone! I've managed to book on the phoen and got tickets for tonight
Any advice for which rides get busy at what times and which other rides are open bar the 6 coasters?
-
I'm trying to book online and won't let me select tonight. The first date I can select is Friday 1st August
Obviously don't wanna turn up and be turned away! Ahhh help!
-
Yo reckon it's gonna be busy tonight at summer nights? Also, do I have to pay as an Annual Pass holder?
-
My friend who worked there last summer said they haven't made a profit in years
-
-
Thanks for the heads up, do either of you remember how much it was to get there by taxi? I understand park entry is around £10
-
Brilliant! I'll try and convince my friend to go to both then!
Funny about the splash pool being too small. Btw is it safe for Brits to go to Thai Waterparks because you're told to avoid water that's not bottled, ice etc.
So basically, did you die after going to the waterpark? Also is the waterpark part of the same ticket as the amusement park?

Yo I'm off to Thailand and Cambodia this summer.
Since I feel like I can't go abroad without a cheeky theme park day or two I am wondering if anybody knows of any theme parks and water parks that are worth a visit in these countries.

Yo I only noticed the other day that someone shouted over the tanoy: 'NEEEMESIIIS!'. I rode it again later in the day for the exact same voiceover to sound. Is this legit supposed to be part of the experience? When I heard it first time, I thought: 'Great, way to ruin the atmosphere'
Anyone shed any light?

So when is this place opening?

Yo I'm off to LEGOLAND on Monday.
Anybody had experience in how busy it is on this sort of day?
Also any advice of food/ride tactics too would be welcomed
Thanks

Don't shoot the messenger, that's just what the woman said to me!
Remember though, it is a trial so I guess they're discovering the pros and cons as they do it.
They said I have to go to get an ERT wristband at the desk, so I don't think this is a widely known and therefore widely used perk (apart from by those who are in the hotel)

Yo I'm going to Thorpe Park AND Chessington this weekend. Which park is best to go to on Saturday and which is best to go to on Sunday?
Thanks xo
-
Yo I rang Chessington and they said as an annual pass holder you ARE entitled to ERT up until Sunday because they're trialling it at the moment. They said they're going to trial it again at busy times.
ERT is 9am-10:30am

Thanks guys!
I was thinking of parking in the 'other' car park so I can get on Kobra and Dodgems and then head down to Fury and Vampire.
Do you find there's often a difference in volume of guests between the 2 entrances or is it generally split 50/50?
Also, where's good for food? I've got the Merlin AP so a non-chain restaurant would be good so I get can 20% discount
-
Yo I'm heading to the park on the last Saturday of this month so will likely be busy. Which rides have the poorest throughput (besides all of them) and should be done first? I'm thinking Kobra? Idk
-
Which are the free and which are the paid for Scarefest attractions?
Oh and the busiest ones? I need tips and tactics since I'm going on Sunday 3rd Nov! -
That day will probably be packed if previous years are anything to go by.
Yeah that's what I'm thinking! Reckon it be better to go on the Saturday or not much difference?
-
Hiya, I'm planning on going on Sunday Nov 3rd, the last day of Scarefest. How busy is this day normally, and does anyone know if the schools go back the back after? Thanks guyz
-
I'm foolish enough to be heading to the park tomorrow. It's due to be pretty rainy but it's still a weekend. Reckon it'll be busy?
-
How does the fast track system work on this with the queues? Can I use it for the back row and/or front row?
-
Hey Guys, I've been waiting to ride The Smiler for ages now
I'm thinking of either going tomorrow or some point in mid June, when might be best do you reckon?

I went on Stealth after being the very first on Colossus at the start of the evening so if it was closed, it'll only have been for 10 mins. It was open all night as far as I'm aware
