I am the type of person who doesn't really mind missing out SAW but ill do it once a visit, to think I did it 4x it goes to show I actually kinda enjoyed it.
-
And bare in mind you get to ride everything in the dark. We didn't really queue for anything aside from Swarm and we didn't get as many re-rides as last week, aside from 4 times on SAW after a lush kebab - which thankfully didn't come up after! Storm Surge Inferno x5 Saw x3 Colossus x2 Stealth x4 The swarm x7 - Inferno x3 Storm Surge Stealth SAW 4x Colossus Swarm The first was last week and the latter last night. Still not a bad ride count regardless considering we were all very relaxed and taking our time around the park.

Yeah I heard the pre-booked tickets were a nightmare, tonight was a lot busier compared to when I went last week. Stealth, Inferno and Swarm all had some technical difficulties as far as I'm aware at some point in the evening and waiting for Swarm was a nightmare at the end. I'm guilty of using the disabled queue for Stealth but anyone who I saw walking through the queue I just let in front In the defence of the staff, if there is no one waiting by the barriers for your row the staff allow you to stay on, as it means the people in the station still get to ride. They've been pretty efficient at this (especially last week) and said we had to get off if there were people waiting. It was irritating with Tidal being closed though when they could have opened something else but never mind. We found we got more for our money the week before so don't be put off by it Oh and we didn't have to wait 45 minutes for tickets last time either!

There was a few of us there too tonight! I'm personally not a fan of SAW at all but it really depends what car you get. We ended up riding 4 times in a row after a pretty tasty kebab. Car 4 is hideous, 1 is smooth but makes some unhealthy noises and feels like it's going to fall apart, and 5 is just really smooth

Curse you H&S, curse you.

I'm guessing they took it away because of the glass being smashed and instead of paying out to replace it they just removed the whole thing

When we were there last week I think someone said it was on a Fright Night setting. Don't know what it was but how it was running looked beaut

You could have fooled me. Just because an album isn't going to be dark as "promised" doesn't mean the album will be naturally all candy cotton and dotted with fairy lights. Take things with a pinch of salt and wait for the album? There's like two snippets of new songs from her album floating about if you want to search for them, and I don't want to get into debate about it again. I have nothing against people want to discuss music but I find it hard to discuss when it seems like all you've expressed is dislike or disappointment and it's the same broken record. I've never understood why people take music so seriously and can't understand that people who make music are people. And people can change their minds. Also, bitching? What. I thought bitching was throwing sly little digs and making in direct comments and thought I was being quite up front but sorry if I've been misinformed and dat's the tru T hunnay

Do you just always come into this section to bash her? Did you even read the article... You talk about her more than you do Gaga The obsession is real, take it to ATRL.

Going to be another unthemed mess, how exciting. Not going to lie though, I think the ride definitely looks fun, but I agree with Dara, it's only saying it's wood because IT'S NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE, if it was a steel roller coaster, no one would bat an eye. Sigh.

I actually had an accident on one of these Bobsled 'coasters' whilst I was in Switzerland. I've never hesitated to use the break when I went as a lone wolf, decided to go on with my cousin and again, we decided not to use the break, I ended up falling off the cart but managing to keep my cousin on and managed to halt the death trap with my right leg as it was scraping against the hot metal and give myself a lovely friction burn and ripped off skin. As well as on my right arm. My own stupidity really.

In 10 years time, I'm hoping Swarm will turn out how Inferno has. Inferno has gotten amazing the past 2 years

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQIimpLj6yo John Mayer's new album is nothing short of amazing.

So you like Wodan a lot right?
-
The best thing about Swarm is the turn around into the corkscrew, sitting on the right side hitting your hand on the water sprayed up by the skims is glorious But on another note, that last picture Benin posted looks gorgeous.

I also think the hybrids looking frankly, disgusting, the only one I'm impressed with so far is Outlaw Run. I'd rather a traditional woodie, I'd be happy with a Wodan clone

Surprised I didn't see you there Josh, as I was there too! The park was incredibly busy, but managed to get on 12 rides today. RnR - we got in the park at about 10:35 and went straight to the Swarm after reserving tickets for 10:51, we headed to the Swarm area and saw a canopy nearby. We were initially going to ask about RnR for it to be a bit clearer, but they asked us how many there was of us, and proceeded to give us a RnR ticket for 10:56. Bingo, now we have 2 tickets with two different timeslots? Moving along, we get to the entrance... Oh. There's a MASSIVE crowd of people standing outside the entrance, no one is going in, just staff members standing near the entrance and no one has a clue what's going on. Staff members are calling out 'ANYONE WITH TICKETS WITH THE TIME 10:50 OR EARLIER', I hear comments from the GP say 'so we have to reserve tickets to ride rides now?'. It's all very confusing. After getting through the crowd of people they scan the bar code (on my phone) and managed to get on reasonably quickly. Thankfully we got in before a lot of people as there was a huge queue forming behind us. And I mean, massive. The problem I think we have here is that people end up going to the area before their time slot, and some people come just after, this completely congested the area and I've never more felt like a cow in a cattle pen. By the end of the day (about 6:30) anyone with RnR were being sent through the fast track queue, although there was a massive load of people in the main queue, we proceeded and jumped past everyone queuing and people at the baggage drop were wondering why they were still letting people in. It's all very translucent and I think because it's somewhat new to the staff, it's all a bit up in the air and disorganised. I appreciate the park are trying to maximise guest satisfaction though. Also when you are about to reserve your tickets, it says the total cost is "£0.00", I expect if the system is deemed a success, they'll start charging for it.
