Well the way I look at it is, its not such a big job really. Earlier this year when the contractors where connected The Swarm island with the mainland park they went under the stealth maintenance track between the straight after the bunny hop and the maintenance shed.They could of included the gas pipe in this bundle of cables. After then they just find where the gas pipe is under soil, dig a hole cut the pipe and connect ith with a new one which could be hidden inces under the soil.. When it comes to queline all they need to do it lift a couple of bricks and slide it under the wood and when it gets to lands edge they already have a connecting pipe..so its not really a big job logistically

After carefully looking at the latest time-lapse image shown to us from the park on January 3rd 2012. I have highlighted what I can only explain to be the helicopter. As can be seen below. Just gonna add another picture of the outline (ish).

It does look very exciting! Looka like many things have gone on since there last update, which does include the fire engine being stalled.Alonside this the near miss element of the chrurch which was quite unseen in the plans is now visable. If you look into the background of the timelapse image it looks as to me as though the toilets are now being built, alongisde this the bridge has been built, although I get the feeling they may have been for quite some time as they bridge pieces where there before the plane.I didnt really realise how low you sit on the trains, as the gap between the operating console and that of the track is quite minute!Also this is going to be quite weird to say but the time-lapse camera has been moved or the zoom tampered with, as the island now looks further away and you can see more of the drop and less of everything else.

Who's to say the trains haven't already arrived. Just because you haven't seen any visuals of the trains, that doens't mean they are not there.If you are concluding that statement because there is not a train in the station, I'd very much like to throw a dozen pictures as to why they are not there.Lets think about it... they can't have a train in the way of the builders (as well as the fact there is a giant tarpaulin sheet over the track) when they are themeing the station. This isn't like other projects where they have a metal frame and some metal sheets, or in SAW's case plasterboard walls. It will take a hell of lot longer to get the finished product before they can have a giant train plonked in it.Remember we have a maintenance shed which was completed with walls months ago and we haven't has so much as a pin-***** of visual from whats inside. There (obvioiusly) is enough room for one train inside the maintenance shed along side this with the closed season well underway, an ENTIRE park to have the other train (maybe in bits or maybe not ) stored.Let's steer away from the negativity and say ''you know, they know what they are doing and have a extremely carefully revised plan of what goes where when it goes there and why it goes there'', alongside this they will only show a limited amount of the island so they have the element of surprise on opening day.

Okay someone pointed out in a photo the possibility of pipes in the ground, If I'm in on the same wavelength of where your are looking I'd hate to break it to you but its a pile of disembled scaffolding which can be found up close here: However, does anybody not think that the engines being gutted is somewhat trivial? They have bought the plane and yet they are gutting them? Maybe there is the possibility of small gas tanks inside the engines themselves, if in the hopeful case the fire effect will be upon the many wonders of the ride.I have gone through the images as shown above and have come to my own conclusion what ever was found out Alton Towers will arrive at the park and be used. My reason for this being, the plane would of remained at the yard where it was bought taken down to everything they wanted in this case being the planes right hand wing & two engines part of the right hand side fuselang and the tail end of the plane, once they have what they wanted transport it to Alton towers where they can keep it safe, theme it, etc etc where the bits that where left unwanted would remain and be recycled at the plane graveyard.So in repsonce to the wheels being used, I'm sure we can count on them being used, not only are they themed with the similar 'burnt' effect but why would the company waste money transporting it to Alton Towers if they would just throw it away. Just to let you all know, whilst on park today I couldn't help but notice that the Zero G had been finished and toward the end of the day they had started incline into the bent loop also.

There will be a law behind it somewhere regarding equality. You need not worry there will be a disabled access.

The reason I know that the two metal gurders already constructed are part of the tower is because they are part of the main building. The Tower is completely seperate building, as shown below.And as you can see in this piture the two gurders are are part of the rectangular par of the lower south building. Also if you look at the EAST ELEVATION, you can see the Two metal gurders which as Neilfiever previously show the other angle was hidden by the currently nonexistant tower.

On a harder thought, my main guess would be to build the track first so they can then work around it, but even still surely the base square foundations could of been built?

The below photo shows them starting work on the inline twist, the base of this support closest to the lift will mark the base of the tower part of the building which strangely the foundations havent been layed... or even started... Lets hope budget cuts havent set in.

Apprently the reasoning behind the track being in the lake was to hold one of the guide ropes down... So I went into the given photo and zoomed in and you can see the wire/rope going down in the direction with an orange strap of some sort on the track piece itself... still it may of just slipped!

After taking longer in-depth studys of the plans I get a very strange feeling that the control cabin for the ride may be a destoyed caravan. As you can see in a zoomed in snapshot of the plans below you may also see why I think this way.

In the last photo Luke posted, you can make out the bottom of the lift as well as the lifts motor. I can imagine this time next week a lot of the supports will be in position.This is going to be a VERY steep lift hill!!?Not sure if anyone else has picked up but.... Trims at the bottom of the first drop?

Do you know how much you anger me? You consistantly undermine me when I'm 110% correct. This isn't the first time either.Unfortunately I do not have any pictures, and yes I DID see it with my own eyes or I wouldnt be posting on the forum.

If we really wanted to go into things I'm 100% sure I've seen a documentory where John Wardley explains how his flyuing concept was in the making for years before Air opened. And from I can gather B&M take concepts into a huge detailed testing rally before allowing the concept to take to the market. So no Air was not thought of as a product of Vekomas.

It is also to my understanding that Detonator was oringinally supposed to be where Zodiac is now, hence Detonator some Lost City themeing.
