  1. Interesting video from Phantasialand on how the rocks are made! It's in English too!
  2. So after what looks like a photo of the ride's layout, a German fan creating a detailed model of the coaster has shown us what the layout should look like. Looks fun! Meanwhile, construction continues on the theming against the walls behind China Town, and little details in the basalt cliffs. The only thing I'm worried about is Klugheim looking like a sea of black and grey. I know that could look good, but I hope there are more browns and maybe some greenery to balance it out a little.
  3. Is Hex anti-climactic? I agree the build up leads to something more intense but I would say the finale is still great if you don't know what to expect!
  4. I love Hex, but I think that has the advantage of high ceilings and a real building to match the story. It'll be interesting to see how they use the lack of height in comparison to other rides with more space!
  5. ^ This. And if I remember correctly, the plans said the preshow was in the tall part of the building? Might be wrong though.
  6. The elevation is different but shaping is the same. I think the ride looks average compared to other RMCs, however you may not share the same opinion.
  7. Perhaps the arches will be themed to look like a vaulted ceiling of sorts? It's a long shot though.
  8. The shaping is identical.
  9. I'm still holding my breath, just. I'll wait until we know more/I ride it before I slate it completely! I think with coasters it's easier to predict if they'll be decent but this is making me curious I must admit!
  10. You posted a photo of a wave turn. Outlaw Run does two. My opinion stands.
  11. Didn't the plans say the boarding area is on the first floor? And as far as I know, Immersive Tunnels don't change elevations, or do they?
  12. I'd say it's a solid coaster but to me, it's average compared to the other RMCs.
  13. ^ Outlaw Run does those elements, nothing new or unique.
  14. First RMC without inversions I believe? Apart from the launch/drop and the quadruple down (which look amazing), this looks pretty average to me.
  15. ^ Nah he was probably counting the loose bolts coming out the track.
  16. Double post but here's some photos from Coasterfriends.de showing off the detail on the footers and a new building in Klugheim <3
  17. I have faith in the park to make it amazing to the finest detail. Even the new lamps have the logo on them... I'll find the photo one minute! [Edit] This one https://www.facebook.com/freizeitparknewsnrw/photos/a.1013688578665969.1073741866.875493649152130/1013690571999103/?type=1&theater
  18. If that's the short part of the building, this thing will be massive! I hope it's something actually great and not a gimmick with an old IP slapped onto it!
  19. Station building going up faster, and some sexy stone walls going up. Photos taken from https://www.facebook.com/freizeitparknewsnrw The rest of the park is fantastic, so I have very high expectations in terms of theming for this coaster and Klugheim in general! Does anyone know what time of year this all might open?
  20. That last photo on this page, is that the tallest part of the building or the red coloured part?
  21. I know the DLP story well. My point is that with that many empty rooms most of the season, it can't do profits any good as they still have to employ staff etc.
  22. ^ I agree, but what we're saying is that they seem to have more than enough accommodation already and we don't want another DLP situation!
  23. Oh god, cringe. Whoever thought that one up needs a slap!
  24. ^ Very true. Hopefully it'll provide something new and unique but I can't see it being anything too special at the moment!
