It is the other way around also.... The more number of trains, the more time you spend in the brakes... if the operator is slow, but can also be in general!

    Slammer

Yeh was a shame as they did so much work to it when it was down, trying to get it ready for the last week of FN, fair play to them for getting it ready asap! I can see why it is now the only one of it's kind in the world in operation!

I also had all this and told him where to stick it, where he very quickly blocked me on MSN when I said "I am a person, not an advertising tool!"On a more scarier note.... Someone wants to play a game in my room!!

    Legoland

Its like with any park that is starting and wants to go major! If you have the money of millions before the park is even open then yeh go for it, buy a B&M etc! Didn't Hard Rock Park fail, I think that was their name when they literally put B&Ms etc all over the place then the park crippled within a year or two because they couldn't make the money back!Lego in a way is like Paultons, the rides are of similar standards... (if not better at Paultons) What makes Lego is the brand Lego! If it wasn't for that I could seem them honestly being lower than Paultons. We have now 8 Zierer rides, 8 Metallbau Emmeln rides, 4 Zamperlas, 1 Reverchon and 1 mighty Gerstlauer. Every park works their way up I guess!
  17. You can buy your AP tickets on the day for £5. It's strictly advance booking between like 28th-31st or something like that! If you do it online it's more expensive because they put a card charge down of like £1, so it's actually £6 online!
  18. Umm peaks at 30 mins at the start of day! Nearly everyone does a coaster first! Stealth has been virtually at the bottom of the stairs on weekdays for sometime now...!
  19. They will do servicing on the cars when it becomes quieter as I keep saying, so it's less work over closed season!! The train won't be completey unavalible, they do one carriage at a time and IF the other breaks down, they can easily put the other one back togeather and swap the two trains over, it makes perfect sense I really don't understand why you lot really dont grasp this concept. It is still running two trains on a weekend is it not?
  20. Yeh, when I went to Alton last week they were using the arm closest to the Oblivions brake run! When I went earlier on in the year it was running the arm closest to Enterprise!
  21. I work at a park, I know what they are doing, it makes perfect logical business sense. The rides are virtually walk on anyway, they will be working on one carriage at a time, doing a complete service. Also Alton is busier than Thorpe so it wouldn't surprise me. Anyone ever actually thought why Submission only runs one side when both are fully working? Yeah exactly! No real big queues for it, pointless having both sides running and more staff costs!
