Has anyone thought that as its christmas, Thorpe park's management may be on holiday leave by now. At the very least give em a break, its the weekend.

If it helps, I doubt anyone gives a damn if you are there or not.
A few months/years ago the foundations for the vertical loop had to be reset as because of the shifting landscape, cracks had appeared. Cracks have also been found in the first part of the lay-out, particularly in the downhill helix.

Count me out guys, tbh I can think of better things to do then sticking to the Merlin attractions and Nandos.
The only issue with keeping Chessington open for two extra hours is that a lot of the time the majority of guests leave the park between 5 and 7. I worked many days over Halloween and every day (with the exception of a 14,000 day) we were running most rides empty. It's not really worth the extra two hours if only a handful of people are going to use it. Young children get tired and there isn't really enough at Chessie to satisfy the older people.Vampire at 10 would be the same as Vampire at 7 and 8.

I didn't know the Detonator three click challenge was illegal Hmm.. To be honest the seatbelts would do very little. Some B&M's for instance such as Dragon Khan don't have them. They seem to be a peace of mind measure more then a "it will save your life" measure. That being said there's no reason you would undo the seatbelt anyway.
I should have rephrased what I said to be honest. Rita and Air are the only closed rides that matter. Not many people like Submission and Enterprises are very common.
