    Your ipod dosent feature a scratch resistant materials unless its a touch!I'd like to see all portable music players feature a video screen with as many features as the ipod (;

    No, but I use it everyday, like you said (:My iphone has been dropped several times, and, still not a mark on it!Its not Apple poorly manufacturing their products, far from it. At the end of the day, its down to carelessness of the user. Apple shouldn't hold any responsibility if the customers faults, after all, Apple have done enough (well, as much as I'd expect a company to do) such as; scratch resistant screen, ipod socks etc.

    Dropping my iphone isnt an everyday occurrence. I could drop my TV and it would smash. Does that mean its poorly built? No. iPods & iPhones have to be made of certain materials to enable the touch technology, it may not be as strong but if I was to step on most phones I could garentee they'd break &/or lose functions.

    Marc has been proven wrong by myself.He refused to believe that there was such a ride as hudson river rafters. I knew the location, look and specs of the rafts without even researching. Thus proving my fanboy status to be greater then his.so, as marc didnt write a public apology. I have for him.ha@youmarc.

    "so obviously there is a need otherwise they wouldn't sell them. And I bet they're as good a quality as the ipod earphones! (being the worst quality earphones I have ever used - I dont buy apple products, apart from 97p ones which I wanted to use for a day)"aha, they use speakers alongside macs in stores such as pc world to market the speakers aswell as the mac itself. so the customer can hear the quality of the speakers. there is no real need for speakers along a mac, as they provide surround cinematic quality as it is.& I'll have you know, the quality of the mac is almost as good as my surround bose system.. a much better quality then the ipod earphones -cough- (;
  25. iCharlie replied to Phill's topic in Nonsense
    The built in mac speakers have to be some of the best quality speakers ive heard. No distortion, nothing. Why would anyone feel the need to purchase others? with a mac, speakers are just 'plug in and play' via usb ports.
