Rodeo was removed due to problems sourcing parts, I believe. You can still see the control box, ride area, queue line and cowboy from Runaway Train, however they are now somewhat decrepit.
  4. I'm intrigued by the Berry Bouncers story, got a link? Lol.

Music has no bearing on loading speeds, however effective announcements do. Attendants know full well what to do without the operator telling them.
  6. Definitely one for the ladies, this. Lol.
  7. Instead of just talking about staff members on the internet try going to guest services and leaving a positive guest comment form, I'm sure that'd be much more appreciated!

Scrubs is amazing, in my opinion one of if not the finest sitcom to have come out of America.
  9. It's been pretty quiet lately, so I wouldn't worry about queues!
  10. Nothing more than about 30 minutes.

What I'm saying is, if the ref's had the option to consult the video footage that everyone watching on TV have just seen to confirm a touch-and-go decision, it would provide no ground for players to question him. Sure it may slow the game down a little, but not by any great amount and any time used could just be added to stoppage.I just think it's unreasonable to place all that pressure on one person to make split-second decisions in such high profile games, because they're bound to make mistakes which then lead to angry players and angry fans.

Just further reinforces my opinion that footballers are for the most part, overpaid *****s. The behaviour of some teams, Chelsea and Man U in particular is absolutely appalling, they're like stroppy little kids that aren't allowed their own way.I also think this constant blaming the ref is stupid. Fair play if he actually has made a mistake but there is absolutely no need to abuse the officials during the game, or blame your team's bad performance on them. That said the FA need to have a proper look about how games are refereed. It's stupid that other sports like Rugby and Cricket have embraced modern technology that allows the officials to talk to each other and make good use of replays to eliminate any doubt from decisions, whilst the most popular sport in the country still relies primarily on one bloke to make spur of the moment decisions under huge pressure.
  13. We don't have any timers. However we do always work quickly, we're cool like that.

IT IS MY HUMAN RIGHT TO GET A REFUND ON THIS SOFTCORE DVD!Hardly, however the right to refund is one of your consumer rights.

Well it is Quad-Band, so you're wrong there. The WiFi is excellent and as for video, when I can watch anything from YouTube to BBC iPlayer on my phone I don't see there being a problem.Admittedly it doesn't have Mobile Office, but if I wanted to be able to write an essay on the move then I'd want a UMPC with a full QWERTY keyboard, not a mobile phone. Being able to view Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe PDF files is more than enough. Can't argue the bluetooth, I wish I could transfer files and whatnot. But sadly the music companies have Apple in a bit of a stranglehold what with iTunes. As for biggest touchscreen, well it's hardly small. Besides, it's not the size it's how well it's utilised. There's no arguing that the iPhone's user interface is still way up on that of the competition, otherwise they wouldn't keep bringing out phones with skins that are essentially the same as the iPhone's.LG Arena, Samsung Tocco, Nokia 5800.I'm not claiming that the iPhone is flawless, far from it. It sucks that I'm locked down to O2 and it sucks that I can't view flash on websites or record videos. However in my opinion it is some way ahead of the competition, not just thanks to the phone but also its integration with programs on the PC. There is no software partnership that can compare to the iPhone, iTunes and MobileMe. It is incredably easy to syncronise data, add music and applications or back the entire thing up.I'm not some kind of crazed Apple fanboy, I just like the phone. However I dislike that whenever you enjoy using an Apple product and prefer it to a rival's offering it provokes a frenzy of snide comments from people like Marc who don't have the phone because they think that makes them an individual, and that by sticking with a Nokia and pretending he sends MMS messages all the time he is somehow less of a sheep and more technologically aware. Surely the fact that people like this have to continuously validate thier decision to shun Apple products indicates that thier reasons for doing so aren't entirely legitimate?Just a thought.

... and still doing it better than every other phone on the market.
  17. Alex replied to Phill's topic in Nonsense
It already supports bluetooth you tool, but not to share files because of copyright and blah blah blah. When will you get off your high Apple-slating horse and admit it's actually a good phone?

The Fastrack gates on all the rides will always be manned if the queue is long enough to warrant it. If there is no queue then just be glad that you were sensible enough not to pay for a fastrack ticket on a quiet day. However that said, the fastrack gates are supposed to be manned whenever tickets are on sale, it's just not always possible and as it's not a vital position in the grand scheme of things it's always the first to go if needs be.

Hit your head against the wall. Jump up and down. Watch Lord of The Rings. Listen to Iron Maiden.
  23. Two rides?! That's shocking. Post your trip report, I'm intrigued.

If the system was profitable I could see Alton Towers/Merlin taking it on.
